I think just as important as no champions league who will sign, will be also down to who the next manager will be. If we don't get the next appointment right could also have consequences on who will sign.

Think that was down to them being able to spend very big on fees and wages.

I actually think we need a few unglamorous signings shall we say. We will struggle to sign the likes of greizmann and pogba, but I think we need a left back, a centre mid with legs and can pass, and probably another back up striker.

United needed big name attacking players, that cost a fortune at the best of times, let alone when you have to bump up their wages to compensate for no cl football.

Ricky rodriguez, witsel, and a back up striker would be perfect.

I'd hang onto oscar unless we have a high quality replacement lined up that is willing to come with no European football.

They could be replaced but honestly I've no confidence in Emanolo and the "committee" to get the right type of players in. Unfortunately I think we could well end up like Liverpool, spending hundreds of millions in the pursuit of success but constantly looking pseudo-Messi style light weight players who aren't really equipped for the Premier League  

Just sign a midfielder like Wannyama from SouthHampton. He's no big name but will do a job for us, that's just 1 example.

You have to speculate to accumulate.

We are in a very tricky position. We have no right to demand top top players whilst Roman is in the midst of planning an absolute mammoth outlay of his own cash to build an amazing new stadium.

I can see a few 'lean' years, once the stadium is built, I think he will splash the cash to get us back to the top end again.

Don't compare United to Chelsea United got robbed with their signings mugged basically as much as i love my club United are in a different league in terms of pulling power and if they get a top manager like Pep they will be very hard to beat on the pitch and in the transfer market.

You can't compare Man ure with Chelsea ! Man ure can waste about 100 million more than us !

Without CL we have to attract players like Eriksen. I'd love to see him at Chelsea, he's like an "underrated Hazard"

we need to keep our best players, but if someone like hazard wants to leave and real come in for him, and make an offer of close to 90-100 mil, then we must surely take that. the problem thereafter is buying a player or two of similar ilk because eden isn't going to be easy to replace. i am sure someone else will go and we'll make a 100+ mil. i guess i would try go for reus and try lure lewandowski away from bayern if possible. might be a challenge but may be able to do it if the wages are right and fee is high.
