The "PL proven" line has become extinct ever since we choose Torres over Suarez and Aguero. Bellotti may have not played in the PL yet but anyone who has seen both on as much as a few occasion's should be able to tell the Italian will cope in this league and is a far, far better fit for the system we play.

Costa until Jan, Llorente and Batshuyi will be the strike force otherwise.

Demba ba had a season and a half and didnt hit over 20 for newcastle. As for bony he only had the 1 prolific season.

Lukaku has shown he can do it year after year same as Kane now has. You can do it for 3 years running your proven.

The only other factors are do the team play to your strengths.

Between 2007 and signing for Chelsea, Demba's goal record at his clubs was always in and around 1 in 2.
