If you can get a hold of some of the Copa America matches, they make great viewing.

I think Iceland is a danger game for England.  I feel England need a team that will come out and play a bit so there is a little more going forward for some passes.  Otherwise it's going to be very similar to the Slovakia game, round and round the box with no crosses.

Don't think it matters. You just need to be a part of UEFA not the EU which is why teams from Russia and Israel compete in the CL and European championships and I'm sure there is others. Albania is one
