I love Conte but his use of subs is really concerning, he always leaves it so late.

No, but fresh players mean fresh energy. Against a tired defence. Also brings different style of attack

edit; just seen yours, I genuinely would Ivan has been shredded down that side, but I'd be more inclined to bring Fabregas & Bats on because we're getting beat at home.

Some players just don't cut it for me. Willian's final ball 90% of the time is terrible, Oscar is hit on miss with everything he does, Matic is still struggling when the opposition put's pressure on him, Ivanovic seem's to have lost what made him so good for us in the past and Hazard is too inconsistent. Where is the Hazard from the first 3 games of the season ?

Were not making any impression on them. Has Cinte given up?

The sub I'd make is BAts for Oscar but again Oscars movement and play at the moment isn't bad and there isn't any pressure on me making the decision

Cesc is clearly finished here which is bizarre because he's got more creativity in his pinky than Oscar and Matic combined
