This is the one game i really want us to win this season !! what we have to ask our selves is what will be going on in jose's head? revenge? or must not lose at any cost?

what ever, i think him and manure are under as much or maybe a bit more pressure than chelsea going into this game . Bring it on, i actually fancy chelsea for this one !!

Jose will not want to lose to us again, but then he can't just set up for a draw as they are desperate for points.

Another tense, tight affair I'm guessing, would love to see us win but this will be tough.

It will be tough this one. Jose's team was really competitive before the sending off in the FA cup. I think it will be very tight.

That said, I don't believe that Jose will be able to park the bus and counter attack, the United fans won't have it. Being at home might just help us.

With Jose's impotent attack and his ability to stop counter attacks, I think it will be a draw which will reduce our points 5.

But Spurs still have to play Palace and Leicester away as well as playing United and Arsenal at home so defintely can see them dropping points.

We require 15 points from the remaining 7 games ( 21 points available).  We have 4 home games remaining which we need to get maximum points from 12, which means we will only require 3 on the road. I think If we get a point in this game we will be still in good shape.

Our main objective is not to get beat here. Obviously, united will do all they can to not lose for a 3rd time against us this year. they do however, have an away game to Anderlecht 3 days before they play us. So they may be slightly fatigue.

16:00 kick off isn't it

Come on you blues Man utd struggle at home think it may be a draw rather than a win for us though

Which wouldn't be the worst thing we just can't lose

Yes it is 16:00

Mod please correct  it!

Afro puff will be sharpening his elbows for this one, Mou will set out not to lose which is fine by us as they aren't too hard to stop on he counter if we decide to push for goals, however I think conte will also set out not to lose which I'm not thrilled about because I think if we go at them we can beat them, I accounted for a loss against city and a draw here, we traded city for palace so even at a draw here it doesn't put a major roadblock in our title bid, we don't have really any hard fixtures left bar maybe Everton, the spuds have 3 or 4 hard games so even if it's reduced to five won't feel as secure but this should be our last game where dropping points is somewhat acceptable, a win however would basically be one hand on the title, 7 points with 6 to go and the spuds with a hard list of fixtures...

Sandwiched between two European matches for United, hopefully they might be knackered by the number of games they've had this month.

However this is the sort of situation we've seen José relish in the past however, thinking vs the Scousers in 2014 between the two Ateltico games. I asked it after the Palace game, but is it worth switching Diego given his form at the moment?

Top 4 is looking increasingly unlikely for them so I can see Jose prioritising the Europa league instead of this game. Might see some top players rested for them.

Fair point. This game is sandwiched bewteen their quarter final legs against Anderlect.

Hopefully Sunderland takes something off them today. That might make them ditch the top 4 chase completely and hopefully rest a few vs us.

Crystal ball predictions are:

Chelsea (3-4-3): Begovi?; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Zouma; Aké (c), Kanté, Mati?, Pedro; Willian, Costa, Hazard
Subs: Courtois, Aina, Davey, Loftus-Cheek, Moses, Kenedy, Musonda

Prediction: Manchester United 0-1 Chelsea (Hazard)

So, it's Aké's turn to wear the armband, playing at right wing back. The rest of the team seems pretty solid, apart from Begovi? and Zouma starting ahead of Courtois and Cahill. Another young bench predicted. Hazard scores the only goal as we beat Manchester United 1-0 for the second time in crystal ball land. Got a good feeling about this one. Hope I'm right. KTBFFH!

sucks they are already 2 goals up.

Our remaining away games will all offer chances at a premium, which is where Costa will either win it for us or lose it for us. Sadly of late he is pushing towards the later.

United are the draw specialist, especially at home, so hard to predict much else other than a draw really. However this one may be decided simply between who plays better, Zlatan or Costa.

and that is a case of lion v the pussy cat at the moment !!

Feeling very nervous about this match.

No doubt we have the quality to beat them comfortably, but with the stakes so high and with Jose most likely eager to avoid another defeat against us I can't say I'm overly confident about getting three points.

Expecting a draw, but hoping for a win that silences any notion that Tottenham can win the title.

That it is but apparently conte thinks he is playing well. So he must see what most of us do not. Cause I do not see him as another spineless manager who would tow the party line.

They have no pace in their squad bar Rashford. They are hugely reliant on that oaf Ibra to score goals for them. We can handle him.

We are devastating on the break, and simply can't be caught by donkeys such as Smalling and Fellaini.

I see no problems against United. 2-0

Diego Costa last match- Deflected own goal assist. Foul on him led to MA scoring from free kick.

Yes drop him (yawn)  ........

Think Chelsea can beat this united team at home, zlatan will score as Chelsea can't keep a clean sheet, hazard to score more

agree win this & title looking reachable
