Didn't we manage to lose some easy matches at the end last time we were champions, against Sunderland or whichever?  I hope they put up a good show til the end, even if we field the Under-18 team. Double winners btw ::ChELSeAFaN::

I remember in 05/06 we could have beaten our own 95 points record but we'd already won the league and didn't take the last few games seriously. I hope we get 93 points here though.

The defence is simple. Cech, Carvahlo, Terry and Gallas formed the best defence the Premier League has ever seen. They all had to be included. Paulo Ferreira was also fantastic i thought but misses out because Azpilicueta is on another level. Azpilicueta is the only one of our current defenders that would have got in that team back then.

The midfield was a bit tougher because i had to leave out Duff and Cole. The two holding midfielders had to be Makelele and Kante, a bit on the small side but it wouldn't matter with these two, their ability makes up for that. Lampard was easily going to get in there. Hazard ahead of Duff for me, Hazard is on another level compared to Duff. Robben ahead of Cole because watching Robben in his first season for us is on par with Hazard at his best now, it's just a shame he picked up so many injuries with us.

The striker was easy. Costa has to go in there. Drogba was a special player in the making back then and not quite the player he eventually turned into. Gudjohnsen was excellent but not a 20 league goals a season striker like Costa.

Champions again! What a night it was on Friday, I couldn't go up to the Hawthorns because of work but went to Fulham Broadway to watch the game with a load of my mates. The bar absolutely erupted when we scored and the ensuing party spilled onto Fulham Road for a good couple of hours afterwards! Very sore head Saturday morning, but so worth it!

I have to say I feel a bit spoilt by this, it's quite surreal. Every other season where we've won the Title we've been favourites or or close second, whereas this season I would have been happy with Top 4 and a decent cup run. I was at the game at the Emirates and when I left there I thought we'd do well to finish in the top 6. But then Antonio Conte's magic came to the fore and we've not looked back. The job he's done has been truly remarkable, from the bold tactical shift which he made to the way in which he managed to foster unity and a renewed sense of purpose in the dressing room. Ever since the 13 game winning run I'd been quietly confident that we'd do it, whenever needed a result to maintain our lead we found one. The 3-0 win at Everton was the key for me, after that I felt it was almost a certainty.

I really hope we can do the Double now, these opportunities come around very rarely. The key for Conte will be finding the right balance between rest and keeping the players on their toes over this next two weeks. Can't wait for Wembley now, come on Chels!

That's one hell of a team, I would choose the same players although I'm a bit torn between Didier and Diego.

What an amazing night Friday was.

We have to savour every moment.

Look at Liverpool(27 years)and Arsenal(13 years). You just never know how long you may have to wait for these feelings again.
