So far I have been fairly impressed with Chalobah and I think Ake has potential to be a good utility player in the squad next season. I'm hopeful that we will keep hold of both of them next season, I would expect us to if it means adding to our homegrown quota for the Champions League. 

 

Sadly I can't say the same for Zouma and I definitely cannot say the same for Kenedy. I would hope Zouma gets a loan next season to get some valuable minutes. As for Kenedy I just don't think he's good enough. He makes poor decisions in the final third and is certainly not a defender.

 

On the subject of the game I've been impressed with our attitude, playing with intensity despite having already won the league. Let's hope we keep the winning feeling going all the way to the FA Cup final!

Only 15 minutes in granted but Bats' movement and link up play is so much better than Costa over the past few months. 

Judging by the way Watford have dominated possession in the second half I'm not convinced 3-4-3 suits our squad players. I'm sure we'll add quality in the summer but if we don't next season could be closer at the top.

To be fair guys this is little more than a training game. Its like a five-o at times. Can't read too much into formations and tactics from this one game.

Yep. Azpi deserves that goal. 

Interesting to see so many people slating Kenedy, neither goal has come from his side.

 

Don't get me wrong he's not set the world alight but he's not been as bad as reading this thread would have you believe IMO.

Chalobah just look's so calm on the ball and he's not bad defensively either. I said it earlier in the season and i will say it again, with him around, i'm not sure we need to spend insane money on a CM.
