Didn't see the game as it wasn't broadcast for me. Thankfully, didn't waste my time on it.

We should put our B or C team for these types of games. This is a cup I understand, but not worth pursuing at the expense of losing further ground in the PL. We have stupid FA replay and also CL to worry over.

More than that, we are becoming a borefest.

Didn't see the game, but are happy to decide it was a borefest.  Yep, that makes sense!

For me it's a game we should have won, the chances were there but we once again failed to take them. Don't get me wrong it was a game played by two teams in very poor form but we were the better of the two and I think a draw slightly flatters Arsenal. On a different day that's 2 or 3 nil, things just didn't fall into line last night.

Saw someone say 'no passion' which I think is highly unfair. The team is not playing well and yes that was a snore fest of a match but I don't think it's the players attitude that is the problem. Seems to be a lack of synergy between players and for the team we were up against last night we created too little going forward.

We're still in the tie and feel we can definitely progress to the final. At Wembley anything can happen and I'd be made up with a cup win!

First half we played bad. Very easy to get to our players. We lacked the fighting spirit we should have at home. Second half much better.

Arsenal did not like to play ball. Only plan was to destry our game and get a good result for the final game.

They did their job and I hope we can prove that sh*t football will backfire on them.

So much for all the Arsene talk about our boring football in the past.

The only team that should feel real ashamed after yesterday is Arsenal.

We could end up with nothing this season so as we have reached a final best to at least try and win it.

Conte is too defensive with them...we should have gone to a back four and gone with as many attacking players as possible...especially after [emoji708] went off injured...no need for Stiinkwater or Bakayoko to have been on the pitch...Kante was enough...and why we took Hazard off yet again is beyond me...!!

So an FA cup third round replay against Norwich is more important than a Semi final tie against Arsenal? Got to try and win this cup in my opinion, City have strolled the PL, who cares if it's by 16 points or 26. CL against barca is a big game but realistically we aren't going to win the thing, would be nice to have a deep run but the way we are playing right now isn't enough to worry the big boys. 2 wins in this cup and you have some silverware, i'd go all for it personally.

Was a whole portion of the stand behind one of the goals empty last night? Maybe some people had a premonition of what was in store!

I didn't see that! Matthew Harding was full and at The Shed Upper they sent us where away fans usually sit (east side). I believe l'Arses had half Shed upper (west) and most (if not all) Shed lower.

Thanks, not to worry - could have been my eyesight!

that's fair enough and if people care about winning the carabao cup that's fine. the carabao cup should be for the championship and lower division clubs to win, i think the FA cup should be the cup where premier league and lower division clubs should compete. the team could have had a week's rest this week, but now the added fixtures of this cup makes things even more difficult with having to play a premier league game in 2 and a half days.

i would much rather we had a team of vitalised players for the league so we can compete for top four rather than these ridiculous fixtures in a cup which, imo, is useless in the grand scheme of our season. even if we won it, it's a cup that will be quickly forgotten about. the FA cup has more prestige i will admit. no winter break and this competition is just added fixtures we don't need. city have a good second string, so to them it's easier (as well as being drawn against a championship side as opposed to us) but our second string is weaker than theirs and therefore conte is fielding our strongest side to face arsenal.

Sorry to pick up on you again Enigma, I find you, maybe incorrectly to be a very corporate type of supporter. The Carabao Cup or League Cup as I prefer to call it is further down the pecking order when it comes to silverware but it is a cup to be won at the end of the day. I hate the term mickey mouse cup that you used previously, have we really come that far that we can turn our noses up at a day out at Wembley? One of my own personal biggest disappointments following the Blues was a defeat to Stoke in 1972, a final that gave us the famous Blue is the Colour song. Both Forest and Liverpool won it the same season they went onto being European Champions, this trophy isn't without history. Its biggest downfall is of course it doesn't carry the same financial gains as the other trophies or top four for that matter. That though is a business decision, supporters live on silverware and not how much money we have in the bank.

The Full Members Cup later to be the Zenith, was a mickey mouse cup to all intent and purposes. We beat City in the first final over 30 yrs ago, many on here will tell of a good day out at Wembley and a memorable final, played 24 hrs after a league match( no tiredness then with players).A good day out for all and silverware at the end of it. I wonder just how many will remember this season if we finish fourth in 30 yrs time? My point is give me a cup anytime over financial gain as a fan, I only worry about the money the club has if its about to go bump. Of course this is just my view it isn't right or wrong just like your own, its what makes football such a fascinating game, we all follow the same team but want different things from our experience.

Segregation, home and away fans in the shed, but as Arsenal fans below Chelsea fans the front rows had to be kept empty, incase we started pissing on them I suppose

Goal scoring is our problem this season. You can see that from the for and against table for the league. Hazard hasn’t scored as much and at the moment Morata isn’t costa. Willian and Pedro aren’t scoring that often

However more fundamentally it’s the lack of goals from midfield

all that said arsenal parked the bus and they were pretty good at it. Their new lwb is a good player

I keep picking on fabregas but he isn’t creating enough or scoring enough particularly when we play 3 in midfield.

Barkelys goal, scoring record is also bery average. Comparisons with Lampard are laughable based on the stats. So I don’t see him as the answer.

In this game drinkwater didn’t stand out.

Maitland Niles? hes very young and still makes mistakes but, yes he is quite good!

Are you actually CHELSEA fans??????  "Who gives a f**k about Tottenham" for f**ks sake?  Are you all 12 years old or sitting in Kuala Lumpur on some gash stream?  f**k me, we have some muppets in here!

Yea, we're Chelsea fans, I agree with you on Spurs, who gives a f**k about them. That's why we don't like the Tottenham chant in the liquidator, you've managed to twist my comment and made out that I'm bothered by them. What's with all the question marks and the insults???? I don't care about your childish beefs on here, leave me out of it and count to ten before posting.
