There's a difference between "not bad mouthing" a professional and saying that they're technique is ridiculous (James), that he's complicated to play against (Messi) or he was one of the best midfielders in the world of 2021 (Kroos).

The Reece James one he was specifically asked who had the best technique in the squad and he namechecked Jorginho.
