He hasn't looked all that great since his explosive start to the season. Several games now without a goal (and very few assists too if I'm not mistaken)

Alonso has been frustrating, he's too casual with his approach.

Good point, when I used to work night shifts I'd often have a few sherberts for breakfast when I got home.

For all the possession it has been a poor half ( as usual). 

Alonso has been poor and we have huffed and puffed. This isn't over yet. We can't get through that defense. We need a second and a third.

beginning to wonder myself, we have played just as 'exciting' football under other managers without the hype.  Maybe its because he hasn't got all the pieces in place yet, see what the two transfer windows bring before next season....I'll call this season one of 'development'

I'd say it was pretty boring first half, Fulham might find a way to score and attack us. 

Enjoyed watching some defensive work by Jorginho and Giroud. Kovacic has a good game as well.

1-0 is too small for us, we must aim higher and double the score or Fulham will get us. COME ON CHELS!!!

Thought he overlapped well on Thursday. Certainly don't think he'd do worse than Alonso this game.

Not great a great half, but not a bad one either. Some moments of good play, but a lot of sloppy play in there too. Alonso's form has really dipped in recent times and he's looked really off again today. Kovacic is struggling to make an impact going forward, as usual. I'm still not convinced this guy has anything about him as an attacking midfielder, Loftus-Cheek and Barkley are the better options for that position.

Azpilicueta, Kante and Pedro have been our brightest players, the best of our play is coming from the right today. Hazard and Giroud have had their moments too, but Giroud seems to struggle to get into fast paced games like this one.

Kante is playing well.
