But when you over pay in the first place - Garnacho and Gittens for instance - the trend in the market is fcucked. . .because the buyers were high.True. April 2Apr 2 Simon Jordan explains why it's always someone else's fault, not his investment decisions at all . Oh no ...A lot of other things went on with my life. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.“The Spanish property market collapsed. The American real estate market collapsed and I was losing millions overnight. I had millions stuck in films and other deals.“I did a deal with a big Spanish developer and he went into administration for £1.5bn and owed me several million.“The Lehman Brothers failed. I had a portfolio worth £4m turn into one which was minus £2m.“I have spent all my time talking to the banks and trying to keep pace. I have not enjoyed the last two years. There’s no fond memories for me.

No one is buying it and I love, absolutely love that these w**kers are scrambling.Spent 7 months prioritizing and trying to get Garnacho. Let these f**kers continue to scramble.Hmm I was thinking of a different J name for dear old Jason. One that fits with this time of year, and selling out for his 50 pieces of silver.

Useless f**kersI would argue they probably did implement the Brighton model. Under Bloom, Brighton have established themselves as an upper midtable team that occasionally look like they might challenge for top 6 but haven't won anything. They sell their best players (mostly to us) and then buy relatively unknown replacements that have been hit or miss. Expectations among their fan base haven't changed much since they were in lower divisions not long ago. In our case the expectations are different since we were regular top 4 team when Blueco took over.Assuming are now in the "sell to buy: mode, and that we can actually find teams willing to buy some of our more established players at a reasonable price, we could quickly become a club that hovers in mid-table and sells off their best assets.

Sure, the staff expands a tad, but it's all laughs at the Christmas party, you know!

April 3Apr 3 BlueCo have demoralised us so much that we're more pessimistic than Spurs fans who are about to experience relegation at this rate.

From that EUFA report...Expenses continue to rise at Stamford BridgeChelsea's outgoings were also part of the problem. They were the sixth-highest spenders on wages in Europe, paying their players £388m - £43m more than they did the previous year.Only Liverpool, whose spend was increased by bonuses paid to players for winning the Premier League, and Manchester City were higher in England.I imagine the average wage bill has gone down, we just employ twice as many players (assets). But yes, it’s quite funny

We saw it last season after we signed no one in January and they came out saying they did the ground work for the summer and that Champions League qualification will increase the standard of signings. They gave us Garnacho, Delap and Gittens. Don't believe their lies.
April 3Apr 3 I'll believe it when I see it, their idea of established players with prem experience are different to mine. I'm thinking Tonali, but we'll get Sean Longstaff.
April 3Apr 3 Until we get some serious action on the ground redevelopment I just can't see these chaps as long term owners.
