November 9, 20196 yr 3 minutes waiting for that bullsh*t. How is that a clear and obvious error when it takes that long and f**king rulers and lines on the screen to make a decision?
November 9, 20196 yr Have Spurs yet not benefited from a VAR decision? Seems to always go there way, the Dele Ali handball on two seperate occasions which were outrageous.
November 9, 20196 yr Farcical. It looked like they were ignoring the head and knee of the Tottenham player, which looked level with the Sheffield United player.
November 9, 20196 yr It's getting boring now even talking about VAR, every weekend it's something else they've got wrong. If they can't use it properly, sack it off.
November 9, 20196 yr It's ruining the game for me. You can't celebrate a goal because 5 minutes later, VAR can overturn the decision. I didn't even celebrate Abraham's goal today because I was worried it would be given offside.

I didn't even celebrate Abraham's goal today because I was worried it would be given offside. I was exactly the same, it's totally ruining the passion when scoring a goal.
November 9, 20196 yr Literally offside for not clipping his toenails, how ridiculous is this getting. Why can't we get a good angle and why can't it show the angle straight away like it does in other sports instantly? Instead of waiting 5 minutes for a decision. It didn't look offside...

Yep. It would be okay if it was instant, but it isn't, the delay is ridiculous, just takes the piss.
November 9, 20196 yr Who actually like VAR and would renew it next year? It's abysmal dirge. Plus it helps the Spuds every game
November 9, 20196 yr 1 minute ago, Dr Gonzo said: I was exactly the same, it's totally ruining the passion when scoring a goal. Same here. It's terrible. I didn't celebrate before the ref had blown the whistle to restart the game.
November 9, 20196 yr For me, VAR isn't being used correctly. If it's taking them more than a minute to reach a decision, then they should just forget it and get on with the game. Even if that goal was a toe nail offside, it should still stand. Who the f**k is going to complain about it? It's so tight that it's almost impossible to make a call on it one way or the other. It's different if a whole foot, or even half a foot was offside, but tight decisions like that should be left alone. The lack of common sense from officials for one of the most popular competitions in sport is unbelievably poor.
November 9, 20196 yr What were they even checking for this time? The Sheffield player didn't touch it.
November 9, 20196 yr Why was VAR even used for that decision there? It was clearly a fair goal, the game didn't need to be delayed further to see if there was no offside.
November 9, 20196 yr If there was a handball from the Spurs player they probably would've ruled out the goal and made them take a pen Edited November 9, 20196 yr by sonic90
November 9, 20196 yr It's also good because the draws against Leicester and Sheffield don't look too bad, they're both really good sides.
