Who do we think we will make a run for top 4 by the end of the season? I know they’re 12 points behind but I still think Spurs will be there or there about. I can’t see them being this poor all season and Poch is still a good manager (even if he is abit fed up).

Dont see United or Arsenal challenging.

Whoever it is that sacks their manager first haha

Licester will surly win 4 of their 5 next games (Briton, Everton, Norwich, Watford) maybe only Villa can upset them. Meanwhile we have 2 midweek CL games and City away right after the int. break

Well, Leicester might just be our main threat this season, we just have to wait till Liverpool finally stop buying refs and loses as well...and who knows, we play Man city next game, the night is still young only 12 games played.

I can't see any of them making up enough points to challenge. United are clueless in attack and Spurs have stagnated.

The only danger is Arsenal if they sack Emery and they have a extended honeymoon period under Ljungberg (who I think will get the interim job if Unai goes) but even then we've built up enough of a buffer to hold out and then pull away again once the novelty wares off.

Arsenal now won less points under Emery in 50 league games than Wenger won in his last 50...

By all means they owe Wenger for making their club a bigger club. A statue is due IMO.

Norwich will end up like Fulham last season. Their attacking play is good for a team coming up, but defensively they are all over the places, and making lots of mistakes which have and will be exploited for the rest of the season. I only watched the full game with us and a few highlights, and they are making the same unforced mistakes passing out at least couple of times a game

We can confirm:

1. Contact with Luis Enrique made

2. Luis Enrique still unsure to take the job, has concerns over transfer budget

3. His salary request will make him 2nd highest earner (managers)

4. Board meeting called for tomorrow

5. @UnaiEmery_ expected to be sacked #AFC

Oh yeah, I forgot about that.  Thanks for reminding me, Val,

I recall Moi chastising me for my love of pumpkin pie, so I have no room to complain.  Touché.

Any uncomplicated recipe for that pumpkin pie you'd want share? In your own thread obviously, don't want to go off topic here (not too much anyway)...

I don't know, I think it ultimately depends on who gets a new manager and how well he does. Emery and Ole are not going to turn it around, it's not impossible for either teams to get top 4, but it is if they keep the same manager.

Spurs look a shadow of themselves, they usually have poor starts to the season and I was telling everyone to not get carried away with it but after that huge loss against Bayern and we are in November and they still look awful it's clear as day something is clearly wrong. Eriksen looks awful, as does Ali, Kane is also doing nothing, their midfield and defence is crap, especially their fullbacks, I'll be very surprised if Poch turns it around this season. Having said that though I think Poch is a great manager, if they sack him they're stupid, they just need to write this season off and start again, get rid of the players who don't want to be there, the likes of Eriksen for starters and get new ones in to fill the void.

Leciester are looking our biggest threat to top 4 at the moment (excluding City & Liverpool obviously, they're destined to be in it), I don't think Leicester will keep it up, I said this before when they won it but I don't think they're as good as last time, I think they'll start dropping points eventually.
