Fairly tough start, a bit tricky at Christmas time and tricky towards the end of the season as well, but the rest of the season looks like an okay spread.

Strange how we play City/Arsenal so close to each other and 2 different points in the season as well.

Find it strange the matches are not extended out a bit further as a knock on effect from the virus this year.

You mean end the season beyond 23 May? I suppose players have to report to their national teams to get ready for Euro 2021. That starts 11 June.

I wonder how the players are going to fare during the season, especially during the busy X'mas period, after having had almost no rest and little pre-season preparation. I hope that we don't start being hit by injuries like this past season...

That's a good point though they might have moved that out a week.

Have they scrapped the winter break idea for this season too?

lets scrap international football altogether  and let domestic season roll on a bit longer into the summer. Can't think of anything worse jumping up and down cheering on Harry Kane and Jordon Henderson, just doesn't feel right. UTC i say!. Maybe an age thing as Italia 90 was totally different.

Just looked this up looks like the Winter break is still valid and each team will theoretically get a clear week though is staggered so there is always a game on.

I feel like it’s a decent schedule. Not many big back to back matches. Everton/Wolves and City/Leicester matches could get tricky. The holiday mix sucks starting with away to Arse but two homes in a row will be nice.

Imo May look pretty overwhelming, ending full of tough games so we will need a healthy squad there.

The start of the season is also tricky, the home games we have are Liverpool and Leeds, not feeling that confident about it...

You mean World Cup Qualifying?

That starts for the US in June 2021 and we need Pulisic for that.  He will likely have to use all of his talents to make up for US Soccer's incompetent and nepotistic coaching hire.

Cause if we fail to qualify again I can see a lot of enraged American soccer fans burning down US soccer headquarters.

I always look at the opener and then the last 6 or so run in. City away is really the only tricky one.

Our home form means nothing these days, especially with the empty stadiums as well

Trying to be really positive with the coming season.

My bad I went from September down and thought that our first home games are Liverpool and Leeds, it's clearly Liverpool, Palace...

The start of the season isn't too tough which is good for us. But the very end looks super hard.

First time in many years haven't been excited about the fixtures, why? we can't go to games at present, and when we do it won't be the same.

To be honest I kind of see where you are coming from, probably the least excited I have been about the release of the fixture list since ... well, ever to be fair. But thankfully youthful exuberance begins to kick in and temper my ageing cynicism. No doubt soon I will start to get excited.

Home advantage is definitely still a thing, look at our home and away contrast since returning.
