Tuchel said this is "the most unfair team I've ever picked, based on one training session where everyone was good. I've gone for experience".

He's  got to say that, he knows how difficult it's going to be to win over the fan base. I do understand, all of them but surely James has to start, I like all of the academy players over the last couple of years but for me James has done the most. Maybe they will all be on next match even better with the rest

It's brilliant isn't it, I crashed my bike laughing at one episode where kane got told of by his mam for upsetting Debbie Ali ?

This is the most hostile I've seen Chelsea fans be towards a new manager since Rafa, I think it's uncalled for tbh. He's went for experience for this game and you can't really blame him, if it fires back in his face then he'll have to make adjustments, not exactly the easiest time to come into the side when you're playing Wolves in 2 days.

I think Tuchel is in for a shock tonight. He’ll be mortified by Jorginho, and then even more mortified when Alonso comes on.

Alonso is a liability at the back but he's still better than Emerson. At least Alonso offers plenty going forward. Emerson offers absolutely nothing.

Noel Hunts Nonsense Pottery aka Crimefiles gets me every time! Can’t beat a bit of (yer a good lad) Peter Beardsley either :laugh2:

Do you dabble in Andy’s other pod TFTM?

I've never seen a more useless player than Emerson. What does he actually do? What are his strengths? He offers nothing to me. As bad as Alonso can be, he can at least put in a worldie every now and then.

If there had been a week between Lampard's dismissal and Tuchel's first match, it might have been more balanced. The wound is still too fresh now.

I just want to whinge because he's not frank....

I do think(and hope) he could be great for us.

Let's hope he's not our next rafa, let's hope we never have another rafa

There's no need to take it out on the manager and refer to him as "Tommy Tit" though is there?

It's not his fault.

He’s going to be given very little time and, although it may seem unfair, for good reason. The love for Frank was still strong for many and the one thing he did do that the majority of us loved was bringing through the youth. Ditching all but CHO at the first time of asking isn’t going to help to endear him even though it isn’t right to judge him yet.

Missed that. Can't stand so-called funny names for our own.
