I don't actually have anything against him or any keeper for doing it, they're at a severe disadvantage on any given kick so it makes sense to try and close that gap by some means.

If Lukaku is fit enough to travel and be on the bench, he can play 45 mins. Hardly like we’re running anyway so won’t be that exhausted. We have to get some presence up top. Poor Pulisic looks like a youth player playing against man’s team for first time. 

I'm also failing to understand all the CP hate rn, he's not a false 9 fwd he's a lw/rw. He's getting 0 service and still dropping into midfield and doing the dirty work. What more do people want him to do?

I don't understand why Tuchel is persisiting with it to be honest. Pulisic just can't play the role, that has been clear for a while now. We could literally try anything different right now and it would be better.

Because he's been just as bad in his 'best' position.

Guaranteed Lukaku will be shouting for the early ball and we will still be pissing around going sideways and backwards.

It's a real compliment to Chalobah the extent to which he has become a keystone of the team. We've been forced to play him when clearly not entirely fit, and wrap him in cotton wool when possible. Good to see Lukaku back though, we've been crying out for a [match fit] focal point.

Presumably James will be moving to RCB, and one of Pulisic or Hudson-Odoi to RWB (hopefully the former).
