Even as an Englishman the win was tainted a bit for me with no Chelsea representation whatsoever, still really feel for James as well.. just so unlucky.

IDK if it's true but so far from what I have seen it looks like that the team that play a back 3 don't really do well. I hope mr. Potter is watching, even underdogs that play 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 do better than the teams that play 3-4-3 or whatever back 3 formation, unless I'm mistaken.

    I agree.

    Brazil, playing back 4, yet to concede a goal, and with Thiago Silva playing left centre back (apparently he can't play in a back 4 and needs "protecting" with a 3 at the back system LOL).

    Koulibaly also looking far more comfortable in a back 4.

    I bet Potter continues with his 3 centre backs and 2 wing backs though, with at least 3 of the 5 playing out of their best position ... 🙂 

    Shaping up to have two really tough quarters in the draw for last 16, and two that are piss easy and anyone in them could get to SF ... 

    If Poland avoid defeat tonight, for example, then you'd have Netherlands, USA, Poland and Australia in the top quarter of the draw. 

    England odds on to get France in the QF, assuming both win R16 ...
