England just don't have that little bit extra to get over the line and they haven't had it for so long now. Even with the golden generation, they didn't have it either. That moment that France had with Giroud. He did nothing all game, but he's scored the winner, England haven't had that in my lifetime it feels like. Just serial bottlers.

We didn't shackle Greizman well enough and they stifled Bellingham. 

I didn't fancy Kane for that 2nd penalty felt someone else should have stepped up.

Tbf we've been playing like that as far back as Sarri. Controlling the game and not scoring from open play has become a Chelsea thing irrespective of the manager.
