A friend of mine who grew up in Birmingham at around the same time as Jack Grealish (admittedly said friend is famously full of sh*t) once told me that when young Jack was in the Villa youth team, he would frequently turn up in the local 'rough' pub with the intention of starting some nonsense, before being promptly sent home by his grandad.

Bullsh*t or not, I don't particularly see him winning a sh*thouse mentality battle versus Carvajal.

Loving it, to be honest. I wish we could be that tough, you can tell Rudiger is in that team. They’re rattling up that Grealish twat so much, which is great to see.

Both Carvajal and Rudiher should have been booked in that half. If Carvajal had been booked for the first swipe at Grealish the charge in the back would not have happened and still he’s not booked. Ref needs to grow a pair.

I have to disagree with the consensus on here. For years now, with us being a complete nonentity since 2017, I've had to indirectly will on Man City in the league because the alternative has been Liverpool or Arsenal winning. The Champions League is really the only place where I can enjoy them failing. Long may it continue.
