One can hope, Boehly did talk a good game about wanting to bring in versatile players, he’d be a perfect signing but of course there would be massive competition for him from elsewhere. With Bayern willing to throw the whole kitchen sink at De Ligt they may need to shore up the wages and bring funds in.

I he versatile though?

Not sure about him. Somewhat strange player, good of course but hard to judge imho. At least for me.

Reports say the move isn't an option for him due to his Arsenal allegiances.

He is a big Arsenal fan. He regularly (to this day) trains with the Arsenal attire and his social media vids, is seen wearing Arsenal tops.

It does surprise me though, if Arsenal are saying they are looking at alternatives though that he will not consider a move. Same time, I think it gives him excuse to run down his contract so he can earn even more money by moving on a free unless Bayern give him an extremely lucrative deal.

Most of his games has been at AMR

Ratings from whoscored.com:

AMR (23 games, 14 goals, 3 assists)   rating 7.6

AML (4 games, 2 goals, 0 assists)  rating 7.14

AMC (1 games, 0 goals, 0 assists) rating 7.54

FW(Forward center) (6 games, 1 goals, 2 assists) rating 7.11

He only have 1 year left on his contract and his wages is £130,000. We could probably get him for 40m-50m and around half the wages of Sterling. I rather have him then Rahpinha to be honest, he is better overall at holding onto the ball and passing in forward areas.

I'm quite familiar with Gnabry. As I said, he's a good player, heck very good alright, but I wouldn't call him versatile. He's also nobody for the right flank but somebody you would want nearby or inside the box because finishing is his best trait by far. Don't get me wrong, excellent trait to have - lol- but he's a completely different profile than Raphinha. I'd say he's quite dependent on others to create and set up chances that he converses but not a creative type of attacking player in my book. And imho that's something we need the most - and Sterling clearly has it in him to create dangerous situations on his own.

Reports are out there that Bayern offered him a contract extension on 18m€ annually. Plus rumours are that he won't accept that, because he plans to run his contract down to join Real Madrid on a free next year. Even if Bayern tries to cash in on him to avoid that, I don't think that we would be a realistic destination for him.

Great player from the few times I've seen him playing for Bayern in the CL.  Cant see any shred of truth to this rumour.

i don't like him

has been linked too much with arsenal so he must be bang average

i never watch the Bundesliga, it's boring, i remember he destroyed spurs but that isn't so difficult

Serge Gnabry (RW/LW) Seems to fail to settle at any club and is not open to signing a new contract without a significant increase in salary. Barcelona have him on their list of options, but they are going to have to balance summer transfers carefully and his wage demands will be an issue, so they can be discounted. The wages are less of a problem for Juventus where tax laws are beneficial but they have preferred options, Antony of Ajax being one of them.  Real Madrid consider him an option to Mbappe as they look to shake up their wingers, but there are others ahead of him on their list, but the player wants to move to Madrid. Has been offered to Chelsea and PSG by his agent, but both see the wage demands as far too high. Although interested, a return to Arsenal does not make sense for the player and with no Champions League, and huge costs it seems less likely.

We should sign the Brazilian bloke Antony from Ajax.

Move on then. Players that want to be here please.

Don't understand this argument.

Fabregas was on his knees for Arsenal when we signed him. If they're professional and do the job, I'd take that any day.

It is funny how an Arsenal reject allegedly won’t join us because of his ties with Arsenal yet Arsenal legends in Cole, Fabregas, and to an extent Giroud jumped at the opportunity,

Rafael Leao (W/F) Real Madrid are interested in him as they clear the decks - and they would look to including Marco Asensio and Luka Jovic in a deal which will cost around €120M. Manchester City see him as an attacking replacement for Sterling. Milan want him to stay and sign a new contract, but fear a significant offer from Manchester City, Chelsea, Madrid or PSG.  But they want a LOT of money.

Not seen loads of Leao but from what I've seen he reminds me a little of Ronaldinho.  We should go for him then get gazumped by Real Madrid or City at the last minute.  Then move on to the next target, if there's anyone else left that is, or are we down to the last option the Incredible Hulk?

Surely not. Ronaldinho for me is one of a kind.
