Enzo Fernandez - not wanted in England, the Falklands or probably Argentina now

Featured Replies

First, and by far his best performance of the season. By being the main reciever of the ball from the backline and allowed to dictate play.

Absolutely boggles the mind that the manager is trying to turn him into something of a Mount type inside forward while Caicedo is generally completely isolated in the build up. Talk up not getting the best out of either of them.

Maybe he's sick to his stomach of having a sports hernia?

Messi had that I believe.

Yep, and he struggled with it for years. It isn't a specific defined condition, more like a chronic injury to the groin area that will come and go and only responds to rest.

Hate to say it but it could be a career-ender, practically speaking.

If that is the facts of the matter you would of thought it should of been discovered in the CFC medical at time of player purchase; and if it was pre existing , not one of the parties in the deal had to legally disclose that groin condition ? A marquee signing with a pre existing and potentially career stalling even ending injury. If it is true it appears to be more blundering on an industrial scale by Todd Bully and Clearfake. And we the fans watch a player with potential to be a new Fab struggle to live up to his billing and the suffering goes on.

Has it been announced that it is a pre existing condition. Is there any history of it prior to his move to the PL?

Basically him and James should go get some surgery in order to save their careers.

If surgery will help Enzo he should absolutely get it now.

Get him back to close to 100%.

Does that make it..... pre-pubalgia?

I make myself laugh, even if no-one else.

Sounds like a CV pre requisite for all our signings

Zeta will be a coaching staff signing in a few years if not sooner!

I had stomach complaints that were so bad I was sobbing, curled up in a foetal position. As we don't have any footage of Enzo mirroring me.... how is a sports hernia different from your couch potatoe hernia?

Sports hernia comes with a proper excuse. Bone idle lazy isn't an excuse.

Its a fair point @Valerie. I have suffered an injury in similarly circumstances. I picked up a terrible bobsleigh injury during the winter olympics one year. It was a tense affair, Team GB generally were faring well, i maintained a close check on all competition as well as the leader board, as the degree of difficulty increased as the morning wore on and the course got slicker. Then i conducted a very quick manoeuvre, too quick for my frame if  i am honest, jumped up of the sofa to make a quick coffee between the Canadians and Norwegians and put my bloody back out.

Agony for a whole week. Ibuprofen, Voltarol, all manner of treatment didn't touch me. Even that Tiger Balm stuff. Nothing. Just had to grin and bear it and come out the other side

Did i make a song and dance of it though? This is the first you've all heard. I rest my case!

Gosh,  how manly and brave you were to bear the agony of your bobsleigh injury without complaint! Just goes to show: everything is dangerous to the body. Best not to move at all.
