One eyed system managers a re a scourge on the game
November 5, 2025Nov 5 Working on the assumption Maresca will be here for the foreseeable future, rewarding Gusto for clearly struggling in this set up where an 18 year old Acheampong looks more assured, is just baffling. Fits the theme of these sporting directors' poor squad planning.
November 9, 2025Nov 9 30 seconds before the first goalMe to my mate: "I don't know why Maresca plays Gusto there, he's never scored a goal for us"
December 15, 2025Dec 15 This weekends game will give Maresca justification to keep using Gusto in the middle of the pitch, rather than the previous 40 games of utter dross.

I was impressed with his pass through to Palmer, it was almost instinctive when he received the ball to look up and slide it through for CP to score. More of this please!

Just wish he'd cross a bit more instead of turning back. Still, well played.
January 5Jan 5 Author Maybe the back 3 will be good for him. Being a wingback may be great for him and cucu.

February 4Feb 4 I can see why Lyon fans weren't too upset about losing him tbh. He's ok, that's about it.

I wish we had signed Barcola as well.
