Games are getting shorter because of all the stoppages and time wasting. One game last season, the ball was in play 50 something minutes. That is horrendous and unfair for fans.

Poor players, they are expected to play 90 minute games for their £100kper week.

Unfair to fans? The only fans who complain about 50 min ball in play is the losing team fans.

They need to bring in impartial time keepers, have "shot clocks" for restarts (throw ins, goal kicks, corners etc) as its becoming ridiculous at times. Also need to make players coming off for an "injury" stay off for a set amount of time, say 5 minutes, that will cut down on the "tactical injuries" loads of clubs use now to break up game flow.

Shot clock is interesting and can be good. But forcing pleyer coming off is a terrible idea. It will force player to stay in the game even when they are injured and that is not good

Ward-Prowse to West Ham - good signing for them.

So we no longer have Jorginho, Kovacic or Koulibaly to give away a silly free-kick on the edge of the box. But who is the player to step up and do just that when we play West Ham this season as you know it's a given that Ward-Prowse will put one in the top corner past Kepa's short, flailing arms!!

Ward-Prowse be ideal  for Westham, they will just play for set pieces and relying on his quality from corners and free kicks. Mcguire on the other hand, maybe a totally different story, surprised anyone would pay that much for him.

Utd are about to replace Maguire with Pavard, absolute steal at £30m. How much did we pay for Disasi

Boring, really. I was looking forward to the start of the season but it is all so predictable… It used to be more balanced but it has really become a 1 team league. Thankfully, following Chelsea is never dull and it’s great to go home and away to the games, but watching other teams on tv is becoming dull.
