always trust in casaido to slow it down

Seems to be operating slower than usual today, really odd. Hope we don’t get punished for it.

First 25 minutes was torrid, got a lot better after that and created some chances.

Right-hand side is dangerous and Enzo has made some beautiful passes. Play like that for the rest of the game and we get 3 points, Brentford can't do anything.

Not too bad I suppose. At least we're in front so that's good. Need move the ball quicker to our non existent strikers We're not Man City. We haven't got the talent to make 30 odd passes and slide it to Haaland or Foden. Bit quicker and a bit more direct

In fairness Jim he's one goal off Timo Werner's best season at the club.

He could have double the goals, but he will always be half as likeable.

Timo had 24 goals/assists combined in his first season. Not sure how many Jackson is on.

What are people talking about?

He dominated that first half?

People f**king hate him for some reason. Really odd. He had one really bad pass, otherwise done well, especially defensively

You can't play that game, if Timo could finish even 50% of his chances he would be up there with Haaland.

Jackson is currently at 11:3 G/A, not bad for his first season on the stats. But he's definitely frustrating, too much sloppy play and not clinical enough. I preferred Jackson at the start of the season when his holdup play was really good, doesn't seem to exist anymore. Has moments of brilliance every now and then but too much getting bullied off the ball and giving it away.

Enzo's passes are a delight

Good half from us. Great cross and a good headed finish from Jackson.

But the highlight for me has been Enzo. An absolute passing masterclass. See passes other players don't and has the ability to ping them on to a sixpence with either foot. @OriginalS was right, he is absolutely fabulous to watch.

If only he had a top quality finisher in front of him.

ok - there's the answer. He is on 14 G/A for the season so far. I hope he exceeds timos first season output, because that will mean he has a good run in to the end of the season. Doubt he will though....cos he is rubbish.

Enzo and Gusto the stand out players of the half for me

Let’s see if Jackson actually has an upward trajectory season after season vs Timo’s downward. That’s what really matters.
