The figures have been examined and statiscally, (allowing for context), there's a 98.79% chance that you are boring and a 99.84% likelihood that you have never been laid.

Your parents supplied the statiscal analysis.

You can't really trust the club to get a decision like this right can you?

That said, we should give the guy a fair chance. It feels very like the appointment of lamps the first time though, which is to say that there probably isn't enough evidence to judge whether maresca is any good.

Par in his one season with Leicester, a short time in Italy which we can probably ignore. Worked for guardiola. Lovely voice. If the club have got this right it will be down to luck, not judgement.

Yeah, like you're bothered. I'll get over it.

Sick to death of innane, no context, statistics trying to revise some of our greatest history.

Literally billions spent, and we are down to this.

What the f**k are you on about?

Robben, Duff, Joe Cole, Lampard, Drogba.

I think you and me have different definition of boring. Wildly different.

72 goals in the 05-06 season vs 103 in 09-10. Jose’s teams always seemed to be grinding out the narrow wins and it was more down to the defence than anything else. If you found Jose’s teams exciting to watch you must have been wetting your pants with Carlo’s season.

How many have you had?

Read the f**kin thread before you jump in!

What the f**k “ how many have I had” you really have issues. f**k off you w**ker.

I enjoyed them all. None of them were boring to me. IMO Jose was always more positive with his substitutions than Carlo. More willing to take a risk and make a change when it was needed.

The United side that finished 3rd the previous season when we were 2nd, and had a ton of players missing for that first game of the season as well ? (Roy Keane had to play CB)

Context is always important as you say LOL

It doesn’t matter how you try to spin it, beating Man Utd during that era was a huge deal.

Statically Kev, there's a 99.94% chance you are going to piss the bed tonight.

And to use your much loved phrase, twat!

Yeah, but you don't leave it there do you Kev? You pop up every now and then and do this. Flying off half-cocked and launching your own tirade at different posters with all your usual fecks, c**ts and twats when it doesn’t fit with your world view, with your opinions. At least show a bit of intelligence and imagination fella, inject a bit of humour, or at the very least use some new swear words.

Boring, boring Chelsea.

Not.

Terry's technique was excellent for his goal. I must say I had forgotten Maniche

It wasn't boring, that I recalll but in the first season there were so few goals against, the defence was incredible.

What's the point of sacking poch if we end up with championship manager?

Maybe egghead and co. have finally realised they'll never dominate the PL with their sh*t decision-making and crap signings so the championship is the place to be for them. They're signing Maresca with designs to dominate the championship where they'll finally get the feeling of winners.

I don't think Maresca with PL player dominated championship though

It seems the SDs and board got validation and encouragement about their choice from Bayern signing a manager who just got relegated from the PL after winning the championship last season. They must've been like, "Hey, when Bayern can make someone like Kompany head coach, then surely we can sign Maresca who still has some gloss with the championship win. If we don't sign him now maybe Real Madrid will coming calling next season to replace Ancelotti with him".

I found nothing boring about Lampard smacking a ball in from 30 yards. Drogba's power scaring the life out of defenders. Or Robben, Cole, Duff running at defences. Our counter attacks were lethal as well. I even found our park the bus tactics entertaining at times.

In Mourinho's second spell in the charge, he had Hazard, I don't think I need to say anything about how entertaining he was. You also had Fabregas with his variety of passing. Fabregas could play the tiki taka stuff, but if he was just limited to that, you would never see the inch perfect passes over the top of the defence.

I want us to go back to a type of football that produces moments like this. Moments of flair, quick counters, long range shots, wingers running at defenders instead of passing it into midfield, midfielders spotting good runs from the striker and playing a risky pass into them.

One thing I agree on is Ancelotti's football being better. Even now when I watch his Real Madrid side, I find that team more entertaining than most.

I  always wondered why did we sack Ancelotti ....it was such a long time prospect !! witnessed some of the best football player under him at Chelsea man !!
