The media spins it either way depends on the demand. The feeling this year seems to be the change of guard, so of course Arsenal will get all the applaud. Under Jose, we have won games like that, and was seen as anti-football. Arsenal scored 2 goals that could have been easily choked off on another day, and was applauded as clever thinking and good set pieces play. The amount of time wasting was atrocious, of course it just showed maturity and desire to win at all cost🤔

I can't stand arsenal like the rest of you.

Media are all up their arse atm in hoping man city gets a points deduction and arsenal win the PL. Makes them look smug.

The massive difference between Arsenal this season and Mourinho’s Chelsea bus is this monster of a striker.

You can get away with parking the bus if you have a man up front who can handle two centre backs on his own.

Arsenal have Havertz 🤣🤣🤣

Also the trophies!

Havertz (and Jorginho) alone have more Champions' League trophies than Arsenal...

True, but that's not very hard is it.

Disappointed to hear the news on Rodri. At his age (28) and form, well, that’s a difficult road back. Wishing him a good recovery.

Wonder how City handle this. Stones to DM in short term, and back in the market in Jan.

Arsenal getting all kinds of flack now for their antics, and deserved.

Didn't Kovacic fill in quite well for Rodri at the start of the season before rodri got back...he did OK too against us. 😠

Completely forgot about Kova. You’re right!

I was really impressed with Ederson, Atalanta's midfielder, in the Europa League final last season. I think he'd fit perfectly at City.

Dutch fans in fine voice at Old Trafford.

Have to say away fans from Europe make our PL support look dull.

And their support at home against our clubs is usually mental.

I wonder what they think of the relative lack of noise and passion from PL  fans in comparison to them.

Anyway, I'm happy for that lot tonight!

Arsenal fans are convinced there is a conspiracy against them.

f**king idiots, the authorities haven't got time for that , they are too busy working night and day trying to f**k up  Chelsea, and the media are in on it too, busily working against Chelsea, and only Chelsea.

If there was a conspiracy against them, they wouldn’t have been given such an easy draw Preston in the next round of the carabao cup, while we get stitched up away to Newcastle

I agree.

We are the only club who are subject to a conspiracy

Well , apart from the west ham fan tonight who says it's against them ! He called it the Corrupt Cup , not the Caraboa Cup ! Been fixed for years.

If Ipswich did that backs to wall performance the journos would be saying they deserve to go down for showing a lack of ambition.

I seem to remember Jose was "the enemy of football" and it was "Chelsea may be the champions but they will never be loved" whenever we parked the bus.

Arsenal do it and they are praised to the hilt for 'nearly winning' despite having 10 players in their 18 yard box for virtually the whole of the 2nd half and showing zero ambition to score another goal.

To be fair, Arsenal have only done it once, and only for half of one game when they were down to 10 men.

Kova is only a squad player though. If they have to rely on him playing more often than not, I think City will "struggle".

It wouldnt surprise me if we see Foden or Lewis pick up that position, though it cant be the exact same as they dont have the defensive qualities. Gundogen will also likely get more game time now.

I thought they did similar at Spurs, kept it tight and scored from a set piece.

I don't think they was great that day, they converted from a corner and that was about it from what I remember.
