In a similar way to what many fans did outside the Bridge to protest the decision to join the Super League, why don't we fans finally step up and protest these clueless businessmen that know nothing about football?

Clearlake don't care about this football club, they're just after money, but we keep showing our support every time a home game is sold out.

Stamford Bridge should be completely empty so to make those clowns at the helm know we've had enough and either they put football ahead of money, or they can go.

Unfortunately, a weekday evening in London is not possible for me, with the baby. But heopfully we get a good turn out.

@Boynecan you make sure the CPO and CST know about this and hopefully have people there?

Will send an email to the CPO and CST. Will be interesting to see what the turnout will be. Given that fans may be travelling from work or home at 6pm or will be in the pub there could be fewer protesters than hoped for.

Need people to stop going to matches.

Surely more effective to go and make appropriate (loud) "protest" noises during the match ?

"You don't know what you're doing"

"Clearlake OUT, BlueCo OUT ; Eghbali OUT ; Feliciano OUT, Boehly OUT"

"Roman Abramovich"

"Jose Mourinho"

"Super Tommy Tuchel"

etc etc

As @Argo has said many times, if the money keeps coming in they won’t care.

But the tickets are already sold, so they have the money already ?

Unless you are advocating everyone to cancel their season tickets and memberships ?

Im a little unclear on the exact message in "Clearlake Out" i know what the two words mean of course but

if there was dialogue they might say ..but we have invested in many players and want to be successful on and off the pitch.? We are committed to that end both due to the 10 year agreement and our shareholder desires. shrug

I suppose im thinking Clearlake Out isnt realistic, maybe Clearlake Rethink might be?

Utd used to fly banners behind aircraft. It didn't make any difference. In fact they got worse.

Wouldn’t work on the Heathrow flight path. Although a banner on a 747 would look pretty impressive!!!

The difference between the Glazers and Clearlake is, the Glazers don't have shareholders to appease. If the shareholders get ansty, Clearlake have a big problem.

If things don’t go smoothly, chants of “Roman Abramovich “ will be heard loud. I wish that we could sneak in some banner like other teams supporters do.

My understanding of the rules is that refunds can't be given.

As you say, season tickets and memberships have been bought up front and I can't see the club paying out if you cancel unless you have a good reason e.g. can't go to games for health reasons. I'm not sure if a protest against the club would be a good reason for a refund to be granted.

Not renewing season tickets and memberships next season may or may not affect the owners and club. Yes, there would be a short-term loss of revenue but the owners could sell more tickets to corporates and to ticket and travel agencies and possibly make more money in the long term.

Perhaps, a better way to "scare" the owners is not to spend money in the bars and cafes in the stadium and in the club shop.

Are there any pilots on this forum who could fly over the ground?

Do you think that there are enough tourists and corporates to fill Stamford Bridge? I’m just curious about your opinion because I know that the club has increased their allocation, but I am doubtful that they’ll fill 42k seats.
In any case, I’m not sure what the correct line of action is. But banners, chants and making noises during games gets to them, that’s for sure. Not attending games would be good if all the thousands of STs and fans with tickets agreed on it. Also, not supporting the team during games is creating some controversy at Athletic Club in Spain, and therefore attracting some attention to the situation.

Or maybe a wizbang drone?

I'm going to say it, and I realise it's not going to be popular but people are not going to stop going to the games. They just won't. Demand is incredibly high and the tourists will snap up tickets if the fans don't. So there's no point trying to organise any sort of boycott.

The best way to protest is at the games.
