Apparently Spuds are pushing to sign him. I'd be very unhappy if we let them have a free run at Kudus, he's easily more talented than all of the attackers we've signed this window.

If we want him there’s no way he will choose Spurs. Just comes down to how much we will pay. We messed up and he went to West Ham we can’t make the same mistake.

If our interest is legit it would be in Kudus' best interest to wait, or even wait for a better club coming in.

Signing for Spurs would legitimately be another West Ham move and he'd waste another 2-3 years. Levy is still there and the only reason they weren't relegated was because there were 3 more sh*t teams. Least we qualified for the Champions League on league placement merit.

Even if we did have to sell the girlies team to balance the books for FFP...

I can’t figure out if he is a player with high moments, or someone that would produce repeated quality.

Maybe a deal in the making with KDH in one of those we both sell a player deal.

Somebody should tell them the general rule in football is that players age like wine….. not 80’s dog turds.

I think that dog turds have aged in a similar vein throughout the decades

Yeah, that's where I am on Kudus too.

When I first saw him at West Ham I thought he looked really good and Liverpool were being linked with him early on. But he went off the boil and no coincidence that Liverpool's interest went. Still like him but am unsure. Spurs have a habit of signing "nearly men" - Richarlison & Maddison being good examples, so won't be too disappointed if he ends up there.

I think at the time Kudus was the player I wanted but then the next day we signed Palmer. His energy, strength, & dribbling is something that could be extremely valuable. Another option that can play anywhere in the attack.

He and Joao Pedro are best playing through the channels so again, can we really expect Maresca to adapt his tactics and/or be flexible?

Kudus is incredibly inconsistent, very much a youtube moments player, will do something spectacular then just completely disappear for the rest of the game. I cant remember many games where he was constantly involved in a big win.

Nah they don’t hang around long enough to turn white like they did back then.

I'm not sure, but Im guessing you're an expert so it must be true.

Pretty much. He's the occasional wild card player that suddenly turns up in a fixture like against an Everton in winter

Well said.

Madueke to me is much more pure player in every meaning of the word. If he actually wants to leave fine, but personally I'd stick with him than replace him with Kudus. We just bought Pedro who is similar type of versatile player. Not sure about this but if Noni wants to leave we need to replace him with someone.

Bottom line: they're as inconsistent as each other.

Noni is for sure. Don't know Kudus that well. But I have a feeling if Noni was given the sure starting role in a top side he'd do 20-30 goal contributions a season with ease.
