Tottenham could not have picked an easier game to start their 2025/26 EPL fight against relegation.

Burnley missed lots of pretty easy chances as well.

Graham Potter first sacking of the season incoming.

Championship wise I reckon it will be Ruben Selles at Sheffield United. Horrible appointment followed by terrible recruitment.

Wolves only stay up this season if the promoted teams are as terrible as they have been the past few seasons.

Thats a pathetic Premier League starting lineup, absolutely nothing in it.

Also reading between the lines Ederson & Savinho are going before the window closes for sure.

Wolves making the same mistakes they made at the start of last season. Conceding sloppy goals. They don't have Cunha to bail them out this time.

I've been wondering if one, or more, of the promoted sides have a chance to stay up, who may well drop in to the bottom 3.

Wolves look a good candidate.

Wolves I can see definitely being amongst the relegation candidates this season. There are a few others, but I think they will be okay in the end.

Looks to me like they need Disasi and Badiashile to tighten them up at the back, and then Sterling and/or Jackson to assume Cunha's "bail out" duties 😎

Who you got to go down Scott?

Am thinking Leeds, Burnley and one of Brentford or Wolves. Not sure which, will go for Wolves.

Same, I've gone Leeds, Burnley and Wolves. I think Sunderland will just do enough to stay up.

Reijnders looks pretty good.

He does. Can't believe no one rated him before Pep got him. He's gonna be really good with Pep's system I feel like

I am going to go for City to reclaim the title ahead of Pool, then us, then Arsenal.

Looks like Rodri could be back for Citeh in the next 4 to 5 weeks. IMO he was the best all-round midfielder in the world before his injury. It would be a massive boost for them.

If City sign Rodrygo, I think that puts them ahead of Liverpool. Their new players seem to be settling better than Liverpool's. I would love to put us in the mix, but I just don't think we are ready yet.

I agree. They fell far far lower than we did, and for only about three months. Plus they’ve spent pretty big in the last 12 months. It’s mad how many people don’t think they will win the title. Liverpool will probably run them quite close. Arsenal even with a striker will fall short of both of them. We’ll likely get 4th again as I can’t see Newcastle, Villa or Spurs or United finishing above 5th.

Agreed. I like the recruitment they have done this summer, should help them to score a lot. If they add Donnarumma that will be huge.
