Lmao what a d**khead.

"We've got everything you would want."

If by everything you mean 5 unqualified bozos dictating every part of the footballing side of the club where the manager has little to no say and restricted to only coaching players that are either under the age of 22 or mid table/bottom half quality, then yes. This club has everything you would want.

He's an unqualified BlueCo shill who is only here through nepotism and it's obvious he is doing positive BlueCo PR because Iraola and Alonso likely left the directors on read.

I would prob say it’s behind Iraola or Cesc.

Cesc feels exciting but he’s another Maresca/Resenoir risk. Who knows what you’ll get.

Iraola - he does go through streaks. He’s currently on a good streak of 13 wins. However prior to that, he went 11 games without a win. He can’t do that at Chelsea.

Truth is, neither have proven themselves at the highest level.

Love to see Jose back the special one.

He’s lost the hunger he once had that made him special I’m afraid. He would never put up with this squad or this management team.

Always love him though.

Fabregas is my favourite, too, but after reading his most recent interview, I do not even think he will answer any phone calls from any of the members of the Chelsea board. He said that he makes all the decisions at the club and the Sporting Director at Como helps him with that. Not the other way around. That, for me, rules him out for this job unfortunately. This board need a puppet, not an actual manager.

I wonder if they are legitamately thinking about Xavi.

Wants to manage in the Prem.

Believes heavily in youth development.

Already has a decent CV behind him.

He'll be at Liverpool.

If they make Champions League I can't see them getting rid of Slot.

Xavi in a lot of ways makes sense given what these imbeciles are looking for, especially with McFarland this morning doing more BlueCo PR on how this team benefits from a possession/positional play system. Kinda rules out Iraola.

Now Xavi has been ruled out apparently. Getting quite concerned at how strongly Marco Silva is being linked.

Very feasible that Xabi Alonso turns us down leaving him and Iraola.

Xavi and Xabi Alonso were never in contention, just like Fermin Lopez was never being considered.

They already know who they're getting, it's all media smokescreens to keep the fans in check.

Definitely going to be Mendes’ client Marco Silva. Very worried about his relationship with the club, stinks of the influence he has at Valencia. Didn’t he get Gary Neville appointed as a manager out there?

Yup. It is funny reading the BlueCo PR gaslighting the fanbase. They think it still works.

Pretty much their playbook since they took over

It’s going to be Marco Silva. We’re going to be relegated next year.

The only thing we can all hope and pray for is that one of the USA or Israel gets itchy over the whole Iran malarkey and drops a Nuke, cancelling all team sports for the foreseeable future. Ideally before Arsenal are able to lift a trophy this season.

Yeah I'm resigned to this. But then I feel the same about Iraola too.

We're done until they go. Feel like the FA cup might be the last game I bother watching for a while

I think we still need to get past Blue co Yes men. Namely Mcfarlane and then ONeill, unless there are others that i am not aware of. This may take a little while but not too long. I would assume McFarlane has to be replaced in the summer and ONeill will join around that time. He wont last much longer than Rosenior. The players are demotivated and are likely to only respond to a proper coach or manager. All the while Eghbali will see its not working and will surely have to delve into the bizarre decision making of the SDs. at some stage, maybe Christmas.

The SDs will defend their position for as long as possible like their career depends on it but we will get change, and only then will we start moving forward.

Whether we get some fantastic player trading done in the summer depends on the geniuses in charge, nevertheless they must be on borrowed time. Everyone is pointing the finger at these people - Winstanley Stewart & co. its gonna catch up with them at some stage.

Clearlake and Blueco arent sackable but these SDs have got to be. A coach with freedom to act would be our salvation and the end of the road for Winstanley and Stewart.

We have been operating without a proper coach since January and we are still mid table its not the end of the world...... but we can see the edge of it.😂

Even the FA Cup becomes a double edged sword though.

As much as I would love to see us lift some domestic silverware, it’s going to put us back into Europe next year (a distraction we don’t need) and give the SD’s something else to hide behind à la the CWC.
