May 8May 8 In other news, Mourinho to Real Madrid is heating up according to Romano. I just can't see him doing well with those prima donnas.

May 8May 8 Is Misha banned from coaching or just playing?Put him in as interim until his ban is lifted… he’s as qualified as McFarlane is + we’d be saving money and if there’s one thing that really matters for BlueCo it’s not winning it’s making (not losing) money.

May 9May 9 I went out to central London today and as I was waiting to cross in a Leicester Square traffic light, Glasner and his wife were waiting for the green man by me. I was tempted to ask him to come to Chelsea, but didn’t want to spoil his day out.

Arguably a step down. They're losing Mateta and, quite likely, Wharton. Not sure why he'd quit the security of Bournemouth unless to step up.
May 10May 10 Luis Enrique has one year left on his contract. Man United are allegedly after him. The bloke is a proper manager.
May 10May 10 I think we end up with either Alonso or Felipe Luiz. We only get Alonso if we give him a lot more say in the run if of the club than previous managers and if Slot stays at Liverpool.

May 10May 10 I think this is the crossroads. The pivotal moment. If we "end up with" another young unproven manager then we are truly fcuckked. This is the time to get the best manager that we possibly can - dream BIG or we go down in flames.

One more young aspiring manager with little behind them as a player and a manager and this whole lot could well fall apart completely. These people need to do whatever it takes to get Xabi Alonso. That gets immediate respect in this dressing room.

May 10May 10 Do we wait and take a punt on Eddie Howe when he inevitably becomes available this summer?

May 10May 10 They won't do it as they don't possess perception, how to read the situation and galvanise the whole club. Appoint Xabi Alonso this week with him taking over as soon as the season ends and you immediately change our outlook going into the two biggest games of our season.A serial Champions League winner, multiple domestic league and Cup champion, World Cup winner, two time Euro winner. As a manager manages an invincible season with a domestic treble. This immediately gets the teams attention. This gets the Spanish and Portuguese speaking players buzzing. It galvanises the dressing room going into the Cup final with the new gaffer in the stands. We cannot be Spurs' salvation. If we can't relegate them we mustn't save them. Xabi watching from the stands maybe tells everyone around the club that this was the bottom and now we start to rebuild. Will they do it, will they fck. Half arsed two Bob also ran incoming. Welcome Marco bloody Silva Edited May 10May 10 by WhiteWall
