I remember it differently, his agent was all over the place saying Borini deserved a first team place, wanted £30-40k a week etc. He never played because of the contract dispute at the time, with Ancelotti saying he was disappointed as he wanted to play him. I remember being pissed right off at the time with is agent as he was the one from that period of young players I truly thought would become a first team regular for us.

Stories for two of our exes at Hamburg. Rakjovic has been suspended indefinitely by the team for instigating a fight with a teammate. Not helping the reputation he has ever since he spat on that Olympic ref.

Also, Hamburg are looking to sell on Tore, possibly for upwards of 5-6m. We will receive 50% of that fee as a result of a sell-on clause.

I read that, in addition to needing some money at the club, Hamburg are selling Tore on because he has an attitude problem as well. He was statistically the highest dribbler in Europe last year, but apparently isn't the best person to have in your locker room. Since we're getting half of the transfer fee, hopefully some German team pays over the odds for him.

Sounds like Tal Ben Haim is standing firm over getting his money from Portsmouth, a move that could completely liquidate the club.

On one hand, he comes across like a dick for possibly screwing all those fans over. On the other hand, he is legally owed the money, it is a lot of money, and I'm sure he realizes this is his last chances to get paid.

Some guy earlier was going on about Suarez have two assists already for the first two goals. That first goal is not a Suarez assist. I'd say the same thing if it was Torres shooting and Lampard finishing.

Suarez was impressive. He Is another in the Tevez class. c**t but brilliant.

Borini was superb. He just scores when needed. Weve become so focused on trying to analyse other players skeletons scoring because.of Torres we've forgotten how hard it is to just put it away when needed.
