I'm not sure you have a grasp on equality. Re Pensions, I looked up on the gov site and for my age state retirement would be 66 and for both men and women, so agree that is fair. Undoubtedly there are discrepancies in some area between the sexes and certainly historically though personally have worked for at least 5 female managers who would have earnt better money. @Munkworth yes I'm early 50s and four other chaps I know in their fifties and none of us think we will reach state retirement age due to health complaints and all from a working class background.
