Mostly young players really and Eduardo who was apparently a fine number 3 and a good leader in the dressing room.

I can't see us moving on many others. We bought so many players who were either a bit average or struggled with injuries it will be hard move them all on.

Last summers debacle continues to bite. I'd advocate that it might have been the worst transfer window since Roman bought the club. We not only bought poorly we bought a lot of players who we know must look to move on after 1 year.

Nothing wrong for us but he isn't good enough. I hope someone will pay between £15-20M for hi. The chances of us getting our £30M back are slim.

So was Leicesters team of winners good enough for him, sorry don't grasp your logic, or are we expecting more cos we're Chelsea?

My perspective Jack is he didn't do anything wrong, but he didn't do a hell of a lot right either.  

He was a bad buy because of injury, he missed 18 games due to injury. 10 of which before he even debuted. Not his fault of course but just stop buying injured players.

When he did play I saw little encouraging. In a number of FA Cup and League Cup matches against smaller teams he was just functional he didn't take the game on at all.

Now I understand we want more English players but tbh our English core should be coming from within. Not expensively hired from elsewhere.

Dont grasp your logic that every player that wins a PL medal is a top player and is good enough for us. Drinkwater was always injured and when he did play he was too safe for me. He did nothing RLC or Chalobah couldn't have done for us and saved ourselves £30M.

I know Chalobah wanted more playing time, that's why we sold him but he's not far behind Drinkwater despite being much younger... Why not just put faith in the lad and tell him he'll be given more chances. Tell Conte that the money saved from not releasing Chalobah means there's another £30m to strengthen elsewhere in the team (wingback, striker). 

The fact that Loftus-Cheek is in the england world cup squad and Drinkwater isn't speaks volumes about this f**k-up.

To be fair if Loftus Cheek stayed here then he probably won’t be going to the World Cup.

Totally agree. Conte did claim last summer that we couldn't compare Bakayoko and Chalobah. He was right Nate is about 3 times better.

Should grab Fernandes for sure, whether he is free or not.  Could play the Cesc role.  Probably not as good of a passer but can still distribute the ball.  Good goal scoring record with 11 in 33 games this past season.

As much as it pains me to say, but I think we need to cut ties with Boga. I was more excited about him than the likes of Loftus Cheek and Baker, but sadly he seems to be stuck at the level he is at now. He’s 21 now.

Todd Kane is another one, it’s pointless keeping him. He’s never going to reach premier league level, never mind reaching Chelsea’s standards.

Then there are more high profile ones like Van Ginkel, Rahman etc we may as well sell them.

Would you be happy with him? I don't think we need him, I'd rather see Chelsea activating the buy-back clause for Aké, better to give him another season at Bournemouth but he is solid and young. Savic is really meh in my opinion.
