March 23rd 1986: Chelsea players Doug Rougvie and Pat Nevin celebrate after Chelsea's 5-4 victory over Manchester City in the 1986 Football League Full Members' Cup Final at Wembley Stadium - the last match I went to for quite some time, for reasons as stated above.

    My first season supporting the Blues. Wish I had asked for this for birthday or Christmas! Never saw it in the Mega store portacabin!! I think it was sold in the Fulham Rd shop. Looks like first game of season away to West brom.

    Coventry City in what was a far better change strip that that awful brown admiral one :biggrin: they had back then !

    They used it the following season, with the same stripes as that red one and the Sky blue home kit. No imagination from Admiral the manufacturer!!

    On the subject of Coventry, remember when we played them at their ground in 1997 and had to play in their away kit. We'd only taken our home kit which, according to the ref,  clashed with theirs.
