just started new game+ for witcher 3, man almost forgot of how amazing this game is

2015 goty for me for sure, a much better game in every aspect versus fallout in my opinion

Witcher 3 is certainly GOTY for me as well.

Yeah it was a good play. Probbarly only let down by its long and repetitive storyline. Other than that, brilliant.

Ahhhhhh Far Cry Primal hype

 

^ Looks awful. It's pretty much the same game as Far Cry 4, except without guns. Having a pet "companion" seems to be the "in thing" with games these days. It's not original, or fun. It looks like a spin-off, can't believe it is a full FC game, so soon after the last one.

 

I will be giving this a miss. Ubisoft are getting so lazy these days. Just re-skinning their games. Come up with something different next time!

I'm still getting it, though have a few doubts.

 

I hope animals, which were always an excellent side-point to Far Cry games don't become the main thing. 

 

I do worry that it will get repetitive with just a bow and a spear though - no option to "go in loud" with a Jeep, machine gun and grenade launcher.

 

I also wonder how they will create the excellent environment typical to Far Cry games where in the first few hours you feel completely up against it and alone against an infinitely stronger enemy, before taking over the map. It just won't work as well in the stone age.

 

Still very much looking forward to this, but Far Cry 3 becoming backwards compatible would be even better.

This is what happens with large publishers like Ubisoft, get studios working on their franchises using the same game engine to annualise the series.

Ubisoft like putting out open world games where you have to capture outposts or towers which unlocks side quests.

Far Cry, Watch Dogs and Assassins Creed are all the same just re-skinned.

Rocket League is coming to Xbox. Never played it but everyone seems to be raving about it so I'll be getting it.

It's pretty good if you enjoy the TV Show. If you don't like the TV Show then it would probably just seem like a very basic RPG.

The Book of Mormon is really great. Saw it earlier this year and enjoyed it from start to finish.

Been downloading Mad max on steam for about 2 weeks. Nearly there. about 6 more hours to go, assuming no-one else uses the internet. So probably be done tomorrow or Monday

Are you downloading it from the 1990s? How bad is your internet.

The WiFi is always cutting out. If someone else is using it, it's often pretty useless. Best I get is about 600KB/S, but it rarely stays at that for long.
