Been trying to get into the Evil Within.  But I just can't.  The guy at the store told me this was what the original resident evil guy wanted his games to be.  SO I was excited as I liked the early RE games.  However, this is FRUSTRATINGLY hard.  Well, not that hard, but it's just not a great game as one or two hits from the enemies and you die.  THe storyline isn't enough to keep me engaged either, so I think I'm going to try and trade everything I have in for a PS4 and get the Arkham and Fall Out games for the winter 

I've been playing a bit of COD Advanced Warfare - for the first time in several months - It's a lot better than I remember and actually a really solid game. The maps aren't as good as the World at War/Modern Warfare ones but they're good enough. I won't bother getting Black Ops; I never liked the first one and never played the second one.

Picking up man-flu has meant I've spent a lot of time on the Xbox lately. I picked up a copy of Halo 5 and am loving it. I've just completed the campaign so now it's onto the multiplayer.

The Swapper was decent. Pretty cheap at the moment, in the Steam sale.

It's so much better than last years half arsed effort.

Love being able to attack opponents as they do their entrances.

The community creation is back too plus the most wrestlers in history of these games.

I am loving the Stone Cold Showcase, some excellent video packages and quite tricky challenges. Enjoying the career mode as well, feels a lot better than last years.

Ive played GTA to debt on Ps3, Im not sure I can matchup with many people on GTA here, it isnt popular in Japan.

Because this is Fallout not Arse Creed. 

 

A game 4/5 years in the making from a developer with a proven track record is very different to buying a yearly release from a tired franchise.

True, but I am increasingly wary these days. The only games I used to pre-order without conscious thought are Zelda and GTA. 

 

Bethesda don't exactly have the best track record when it comes to buggy games...

I got a few seasons in, but it just frustrates me more than anything. Conceded 3 shots, 2 owngoals in a 2-1 loss.

 

Sold off the team and will shift the coins on to a mate, its just utter crap at the moment.

I don't particularly enjoy it but then again I'm not really a big fan of those games unless there's some kind of twist to it, which is why I've recently got into Titanfall because of all the parkour stuff. 

 

As for Battlefield, it's decent at best with friends.
