Any game recommendation?

I enjoyed the Forgotton City quest on Skyrim that I downloaded, though I had to reload a previous save so I got a better ending.

Over level 90 in Smithing now. Haven't done the main story line quests for weeks.

Is Battlefield any good?

I don't really like the classic game modes but rather the team deathmatch type mode which I did like in BF4.

In my opinion, it's pointless buying Battlefield 1 if all you want to play is team deathmatch.

The online operations work because you need a good balance of people playing as the different classes to carry out roles to win the objectives.

Yeah that's why I held off tbh, I didn't enjoy the beta as I just cant get into those classic game modes which battlefield is famous for.

I was unsure because I did sink hours into the deathmatch on BF4.

Anyone bought Football Manager 2017 on PC or Mac or whatever? Thinking of getting it tonight like i do most years but wondered if anyone had played it?

I've got it but haven't played it properly yet.

It's an easy decision for me as I play 300+ hours of it each year.
But if you are a less committed player, you may find the additions this year round a little less than exciting.

I'd be inclined to agree with FC in that it's the huge game modes that are making me enjoy Battlefield, but if you enjoyed team deathmatch on Battlefield 4, I see no reason why you wouldn't enjoy it on this one.

Yeah I will probably cave in eventually as I did spend a lot of time on 4 in those modes. I have no idea why I can't get into the main modes as everyone is raving about them and most of my PSN friends are on them constantly.

I do have MW re-mastered which I enjoy but the older war theme really appeals to me with this. I think the only draw backs are the levelling up comments I have read are pretty slow in just death match modes but I have no idea if that's accurate or not.

Currently playing:

Also, the medic is probably my favourite class on Battlefield 1, definitely the one that makes me feel the most useful reviving and healing team mates throughout games.

Playing as a scout it fun sniping from afar but it feels a very selfish way to play compared to other classes.

I don't even know what game that is!

I'm playing as a Medic the whole time. You get a lot of points for reviving and healing squad mates, and I quite like the semi-automatic rifle you get. I can't get to grips with Support, and I HATE Scout.

Scouts are cowards, camping at the back of maps, lying prone. Nothing better than going up behind one of those scouts and shanking them.

That game is Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. I played it a lot when I was little on my NES and it was included on the NES Mini, so I've been nostalgically replaying it.

Support is my least favourite Battlefield class, I don't like any of the guns and the tactical support they offer is a bit pony.

Scout is cowardly yes but when you nail that headshot on someone from all the way across the other side of the map it is very satisfying.

Favourite guns with the medic are the single shot rifles. That's why I've enjoyed Battlefield so much have single shot, accurate weapons rather than the spray and pray style of CoD.

Currently onto Stronghold 2 The Khan & Jackal, i wanted to download the Stronghold 3 but it had some kind of password on the Rar file and i wasn't able to unlock and install the game.

Does anyone here love management/simulation games?

Having a blast playing Planet Coaster right now

Anyone tried the BETA version of Steep o PS4? It's an open BETA for this weekend only.

First impressions are abit disappointing. Controls feel abit clunky and gameplay abit heavyso I think may wait for the reviews first.

Gutted as I was desperate for a good snowboarding game.

Where have all the snowboarding/skateboarding games on? Skate 3 was the last game which was fantastic. Feels like developers are only making sports, shooters and story driven games. Nothing else.

Would love a new ssx!

Haven't tried the Steep beta but will wait for reviews before purchasing. I love snow sports games- 1080 Snowboarding! Snowboard Kids! SSX!- but nothing beats the latter- SSX is so damn popular I don't know why they don't do one every year like COD!

i know im a bit late but finally bought inqusition goty edition, and only for just $10 on psn store

big fan of origins and da2 but this one is just awful, it just felt like an offline mmo game, the boring button mashing combat, the mission's very bland especially since you have to grind all these repetitive side quest to advance the main story, there's really no big consequences from the choices you made, and the story's very underwhelming

probably it's because i played this after playing one of the greatest rpg of all time in witcher 3 and can't help but to compare and expect more on a 2014 game

Quoting here is all messed up for some reason.

It's a terrible game to be brutally honest and brings nothing new to the genre.

Problem with snowboarding games nowadays is that they are trying to be too realistic. Even SSX has gone down that route when it used to be all about pulling crazy tricks and just generally doing arcadey stuff.

The last one was terrible compared to their previous versions, different developers I believe. Unless they go back to what made SSX great in the first place I would rather see the franchise die off and I say that as a huge SSX fan.

I liked the overall story, it was interesting and better than DA2. The problem is it felt like such a drag, couldn't quite put my finger as to why that was but I found myself rushing through missions/battles just so I could progress the story. I've already come to terms with your choices not really impacting much in the grand scheme of things when it comes to games like Dragon Age and Mass Effect but Inquisition took the piss in this regard. Literally pointless, might as well close your eyes and select random options.

A dragon age game that has the battle system of DA2 and story of Origins (Would be hard to top that though) would be perfect in my opinion.
