Any game recommendation?

Currently playing Spideman to have a break from Red Dead as I was finding it abit samey (although brilliant).

Spideman is a decent game. Enjoying it so far.

Finally got a consolized Neo-Geo MVS.........always wanted a neogeo. Proper super high-end 2D animation games system. Pure arcade bliss. Connect that to a quality CRT tv with RGB cable and you will be amazed at the hand drawn sprites.

Currently playing Resident Evil 2.

Never really been a fan of horror games but it was getting good reviews so thought I’d give it a go.

Really enjoyed it so far, I like that the game doesn’t hold your hand with what to do and where to go.

I’m going to get it soon, loved the original resident evils (gone downhill since 4 and that last one was f**king terrible!). Resident Evil 2 was one of my all time favourite games.

I played RE2 demo and it was fantastic, a real nostalgia trip. I loved the original game and I'm definitely getting the remake.

Finished Spiderman. Decent game but felt very similar to other Spider-Man games. Enjoyed it on the whole though and worth a play.

Back onto Red Dead now..

I would reccomend getting the DLC for Spiderman if you haven't already. It's £10.00 for about 6 hours more worth of story.

Slogging my way through Chapter 6 of Red Dead 2.

I just want this game finished now.

Is there any element of the game being too big and long? I personally think it might be.

I think so. It is a slow game as it is and then the whole of Chapter 4 and the whole setting of Guarma just feels too slow for me and felt like a proper slog to get through. The rest of the game i really enjoyed and thought the slower pace really worked, but i really did not enjoy chapter 4.

Yes, it just takes too long to get from place to place via horseback- no fast travel which is infuriating (well there is, but its very very limited). The map is just far too big to get across, and they spread the main missions so far away from each other a lot of the time.

Agreed- the Guarma segment was unnecessary. It felt like DLC to me.

If you just fly through all the missions I think it’s fine.

I went for the 100% trophy over Christmas and I haven’t touched it since because that was a slog, especially the the gambling challenges that rely on pot luck.

Anyone played Just Cause 4? That’s next on my list. It’s probably the opposite of Red Dead. Fast and furious.

I'm playing just cause 3 on gold at the moment and loving it. I thought it was like far cry, open world but it's just basically a load of set piece blasts.

Yeah it’s great fun. Just going round blowing things up. Nice and easy play.

Love the Just Cause series, played all of them. JC 4 will be my next purchase after I've finished RDR2.

Finally got round to finishing rdr2 great game so much to do that it became so overwhelming and had to play only parts at a time.

The new far cry for me next I think.

Ended up re-buying GTA 5.

Nothing at all wrong with that! I'm still caining it after 5 years, not far off rank 1000 in online, 50mil in the bank.

DLC's are still coming in on the game, albeit a bit far fetched now.

Think i reached level 11 online last night haha! Got a free 1.5 mil with the game so that helped. Just gonna keep smashing this until a new game comes out that really catches my eye.

Just played the RE2 demo and I have one question; do the zombies ever stay dead? For a game that has a lot of puzzles to solve etc it doesn’t give you much time to think.
