June 9, 201511 yr Does anyone know how many of the unsullied are left? They seem to be falling by the dozen.
June 9, 201511 yr Yes, it has gone totally off script!Yes because as I understood it in the book he actually states his daughter should take the iron thrown if he goes down in battleI actually think it was a redundant scene and no need to push that far Edited June 9, 201511 yr by barak81

June 9, 201511 yr let's get back to the Dragon scene - Meereen should have been burning - that dragon barely made it out of the stadium - WTF? GOT doesn't do Dragons justice Edited June 9, 201511 yr by robdog
June 9, 201511 yr Author Totally agree! Hope it leads to the downfall of Mélisande the Malevolent! Hope she takes another bubble bath personally. Then she can die.
June 9, 201511 yr Author maybe after she brings back Jon Snow She needs to hurry back to the Wall then
June 10, 201511 yr Love how everyone is so butt hurt over that scene. TEAM STANNIS. NOW, MORE THAN EVER Best leader and commander out of all of them, he's the only one fit enough to rule Westeros.
June 10, 201511 yr Best leader and commander out of all of them, he's the only one fit enough to rule Westeros. Bollocks, Balderdash, Poppycock and Fiddlesticks. He is Melisande's puppet.
June 10, 201511 yr The only ones I am rooting for are Jon Snow, Bronn and the imp. Everyone else can burn
June 10, 201511 yr The only ones I am rooting for are Jon Snow, Bronn and the imp. Everyone else can burn But don't call him the Imp!!!
June 10, 201511 yr Best leader and commander out of all of them, he's the only one fit enough to rule Westeros. He was, until he compromised everything good about himself to try to get to the top. He's a bit like Dany in that regard in that he's so focussed on getting into the throne that he doesn't actually care about what would be left of him or the people when in power. Other characters are reluctant leaders, focussed on doing what's right and accepting power either reluctantly or merely as a tool to do more good. That seems to be the dichotomy set up in the books. Then you have someone like Ned who was so focussed on being good that he ultimately condemned his friend and himself to death. What if there was someone who could marry the ability to rule without an overarching thirst to do so, a desire to do good without it getting in the way of doing what needs to be done and maybe even a birthright to the throne stronger than anyone else in the kingdom?
June 10, 201511 yr Author Rooting for Dany and her band (The Dragons, Tyrion, Jorah, Daario) Dany may be fairly inconsistent but she's learning. As far as I can see, they're the only ones who can stop the Whiter Walkers. Bran could be a possibility too. Guess we'll find a lot more out when we know what happens in The Battle of Meereen in the next book.

Guess we'll find a lot more out when we know what happens in The Battle of Meereen in the next book. it probably has to tie up some what. Bran may have to control the dragons to focus their attacks. And I'm sure snow and his big ass sword will tie in to it as well. Also it's a bit of a bug bear but the bran thing is a bit of a Terry Prathchett rip of, almost to the detail where he looses him self because he spends to much time attached to the animal (probably moaned about this before)

Tyrion hit the nail on the head with her. Bran's an interesting one because of his whole 'Dr Dolittle on steroids' trick.
June 10, 201511 yr Please remember that if your spoiler contains info from the books that hasn't happened in the TV show yet then just say "book spoiler" or something! I can't wait for the season finale. I don't really have strong feelings about Stannis either way. Rooting for Dany & Jon Snow to win power (and hopefully use it well). June 10, 201511 yr She's a moron and whilst she's got that 'freeing the slaves' schtick she's also very naive. Tyrion hit the nail on the head with her. You have to remember that she is young & is the reason why she seeks good council around her. At least she recognizes this weakness & tries to improve on it.
June 11, 201511 yr There's still a potently major player to the throne they have yet to introduce or it's possible they don't write him into the TV show
June 11, 201511 yr There's still a potently major player to the throne they have yet to introduce or it's possible they don't write him into the TV show Yes, I think they have decided to leave him out. Shame, I liked that story line.
June 11, 201511 yr He may be combined with someone who is already on the show if they choose to go down that road.
June 11, 201511 yr Author I was kinda hoping they would include Tyrions double act (the sideshow dwarf with the pig, forgot her name) Penny I think.
June 11, 201511 yr Finally saw the last episode. Was looking forward to the arena scene but it was a let down, Dany was way more badass in the books. He may be combined with someone who is already on the show if they choose to go down that road. I think it's Trystane. Yes, it was Penny - her brother's head was taken to Cersei, wasn't it? It's her. Most of the story arch where she appears was cut so she wasn't needed for the series. With so many characters dying unexpectedly (i.e.: they didn't in the books) it feels a bit like HBO is on the overkill to shock even those who read the books. I feels it's counterproductive but it might be just me.
