I still think its Lamps. Hazard could be if he put more effort in and played the way we see him play every now and then but for me its still Super Frank!

No way is it Lamps - not these days.

When I think "Impact" I think game changer - a player who can take a game by the scruff of the neck and turn it around. On that basis it should be Hazard but unfortunately he currently doesn't do it anywhere near enough.

Pretty much anyone who's direct, runs at players and actually tries to make something happen instead of passing it around for long periods. Hazard, Schurrle, Ramires, heck even Moses if were still here.

Positive or negative impact?

If it was negative Just, I would lay good money that your vote would go to our No. 4 who I get the impression you are not totally convinced by!!

If I was to pick one though it would be Ramires. We can get by without JT, Lampard isn't as important these days and we have a, somewhat lesser, replacement for Hazard in Schurrle who does the same job. Without Ramires in the team we are look very one dimensional, the defence lose that extra man who helps them out, the midfield suffers because it has no one to carry the ball forward or make those surging runs into space and the attack pass the ball around without having the support of our midfield in the final third.

Just by him not being in the team it impacts us negatively, nevermind all the goals and assists he's produced that have changed games for us.

Apparently he cant shoot or pass though.

Ramires an assister. 7 assists and 8 assists in his past two seasons and 17 assists in 174 appearances for Chelsea. Ok

27 goals in 174 appearances, compare that to Mata who has 33 goals and 58 assists in 133 appearances. Or lampard who plays in a similar role to ramires with 56 goals in the same period that Ramires has been in less appearances than Ramires. Yeah course.

He pops up with important goals, but he would not make barca, dortmunds, PSGs, bayerns, City's, real madrids even with regards to Juventus or Arsenal he may make the benches but he wouldn't start over their players. So why is he a starter for us?

Yeah but he can't. Where does this idea that he's good consistently at taking shots / being able to pass it well come from?

Would still prefer to have Ramires there though then Oscar/Mikel as the pivot which you always suggest  :laugh2:

How is suggesting Oscar in the pivot laughable? . Ramires can shoot and pass he's just inconsistent at both but doesn't mean he cant do them.Ramires gets double figures in goals from midfield, not easy to find especially when hes defensive input is so strong too.

Considering the top assister every year has around 14 or 15, 7 and 8 is pretty good for a player usually used deep and as a runner.
