That match embodied everything I hate about La Liga.

 

Players falling over like they'd been shot.

Referees constantly stopping the flow of the game.

Penalties given for absolutely everything.

Looking at that penalty and sending off for ramos it looks very harsh. Ramos is behind him and looking to avoid him but neymar sticks his foot in the air and catches his knee. Only decision ref got right was that last penalty

I think I'm the only one happy with a Barca win,

 

Hope Atletico win it but if not then Barca. Can't stand Madrid or there arrogant fans. Didn't like the way a lot of them treat Mourinho despite having a really hard job at Madrid.

Great game, but I hate this view that this attacking football is the be all and end all. I much prefer Bayern who actually strike a balance between attack and defending, tonight made me think we could beat either of these 2.

Yeah I wouldn't necessarily be thinking we are favourites, but I would be very confident we could compete and perhaps go through, not that we are playing either one of these two.

Madrid are not better than they were in 11/12 and Barca have dropped from their incredible 09-13 dominance. Bayern are on another level to these two.

On the game, it was a great game but it's sad to see what the end product in terms of simulation will be in the Prem, given the rocky road we have already started to go down.

I thought the game was surprisingly un-w**k'y for the first 50 minutes or so and the ref did a good job, then in the last 40 minutes it just went to sh*t.

 

Benzema missed 3 easy opportunities despite scoring twice, Real seriously need a striker nearly as bad as we do.

 

I thought Bale was the worst player on the field and would give Di Maria man of the match to be honest.
