They went over 20 games unbeaten, think "nose dived" is hyperbole. I think the winter break stopped their momentum and the facr Ronaldo doesn't seem to be firing at the minute isn't helping at all.

Bale's strike that hit the crossbar from a ridiculous distance was probably a reminder of the talent their team possesses.

Barca played brilliant again in a 6-1 win at home. I don't think they'll let real catch them now.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Carlo is a cup coach. The man has as many European cups as league titles in 20 years of managing - 3 each.

That said, I still love him for the Double.

I think Neymar is a diving twat but that reaction was completely unnecessary. He did nothing wrong and he didn't dive, he was completely blocked off.

Maybe because it's not my team I'm struggling to see what all the fuss is about but if he hadn't of been blocked off by the defender the trick would have worked wouldn't it? 

 

Imagine if he got through on goal by doing that, it would have been an amazing bit of improvisation.

I don't see the big deal, i don't know why they moan about him showboating, why is that such a bad thing ? Ronaldinho would showboat all of the time and everybody loved it.

Yeah. Though I don't know why everyone is losing their minds over it. He simply passed it to him and he put it in the net. The only thing that baffles is me is why this is even allowed. 

 

Penalties should be one player against the goalkeeper, surely?

I think it's like scoring from a saved penalty, It should go down as missed penalty by Messi.

They should both have enough confidence in their ability that either one of them can slot it in from 12 yards.  Then just get on and score the penalty.
