It was during the gooners FA Cup run when people got tired of his crap. I remember that final match in Wembley - it was squeaky bum time for the gooners - IMHO they got freakin' lucky in that match - Hull took them to the brink & were a bit unlucky not to win the FA Cup

They were very lucky, their equaliser came from a corner that should have been a Hull goal kick. Ot to mention the other chances Hull had to score.

I truly truly hope we do big things this year, I got sh*t off my Arsenal mates last season when they won the Cup. Talking about buses and the fact we won nothing. I didn't say anything, I just thought I'm gonna wait and when it's time they're gonna get some right sh*t.

Mind you, Sanchez passed the 'Yes but can he handle a wet, rainy Sunday afternoon in Swansea' test with flying colours Lol

He is technically the joint best player in the league with Hazard, He is scoring a bit more than Hazard does but we haven't got a full season out of him yet to see if it's just a purple patch or does he in general score a bunch, He did when he was at Udinese and would have at Barca if it wasn't for Messi.

I actually think best players in the league this season are Sanchez, Ageuro and Fabregas.

I do hint some of the goals Sanchez scores are ones that strikers score, the tap ins etc whereas Hazard has to make his own chances because he doesn't make those kinds of runs. I think Hazrad does more for the team than Sanchez but Sanchez is more of a goal scorer.

What a weekend! Just a thought on some of our nearest and dearest.

It's pretty clear now that Wenger is the main reason why Arsenal are not progressing at the club. He is a yes man, has no balls and is too stubborn in his approach; both on and off the field. He is also so delusional that he couldn't sense that after the FA cup win was a great time to leave. This something Ferguson mastered, and to a lesser extent Mourinho. They left when their stock was high instead of hanging around trying to clean up the mess they had created. They left that for poor souls like Moyes, Avram Grant and Phil Scolari.

Like us and United, the next Arsenal manager will not be the one who will last. They'll need a fall guy who two to revamp the balance of the squad, then they can get a real manager long term manager in.

Diego Simeone for me would be the ideal candidate because he won't take s**t from the board, he'd get everybody as hungry as Sanchez and could probably make this current squad serious contenders. The board though are too scared of having somebody who won't follow their commands, they are as stubborn as Wenger and think they know more than the actual managers. It took Abramovich 10 years to work out that his role is to create an environment for the club to be run successfully, not actually run the day to day stuff himself.

City are pretty much a repeat of their 12/13 side. I didn't rate Pellegrini last year, he was fortunate that Liverpool blew the title and Mourinho decided to give up on it in March.

He is wenger esque in his approach, but City's players are used to success so they make it clearer than Arsenal players when they know things aren't quite right.

I think City also need a bit of a revamp of the squad. Well not overly, but just to rid themselves of Yaya Toure. He's a liability and a bad egg in the dressing room. His sulking in the summer problem cost them 5 points.

Also they need a manager who embraces the big club mentality to take them to the next level in Europe. Somebody who will walk in the door and run the show more. Pellegrini is too small time and prefers being the underdog than top predator. I just sense that if they were top of the league with 5 games to go last season, they would have blew it. Guardiola should be their long term target. Somebody who used to being a top dog and who won't view a point at home to Roma in the champions league as an achievement.

Now on to Liverpool. I actually think Rodgers needs time and the main problem is Steven Gerrard and after that their transfer policy.

The best thing that can happen for the club is for Gerrard to walk. He clearly holds too much power and it was baffling how he stayed on the pitch longer than Emre Can on Saturday. Rodgers didn't help himself by putting the first nail in his coffin with his team selection against Madrid and I think that he felt if he took Gerrard off that the fans may have started to really turn on him. As much as I dislike Benítez, he is prepared to make big calls in regards to personal.

Rodgers showed he could be flexible tactically last season, but Gerrard is curbing his flexibility now. The guy is an albatross around the neck of the club.

Rodgers needs 1 year without him to see what team he builds. Him and the board need to sit down and realise that their 'moneyball' approach is now problematic. It was great when the club was consistently finishing 7th, but it relied on a world class player in Luis Suarez. When Liverpool signed him, I was shocked. In 2010, I already thought he was one of the best players in the world.

The window has sort of passed now for Liverpool, but they need to sit down and have a policy of buying 1 world class player a year opposed to 5 good players. Players do come available too. Madrid and Barca always have to get rid of somebody when a new toy comes about, then other clubs like Athletico and Dortmund will listen to offers.

They have to gut themselves of the mistake transfers of the summer whilst they can, look for a real defensive leader (the hardest part of all my suggestions) and perhaps try and get Steve Clarke as assistant manger (difficult but money talks).

This is what these clubs should do if they want to be successful. Obviously I hope they don't because it's making our job a lot easier than it should be

I actually think City would be wise going for Simeone rather than Guardiola.

I was thinking that but Simeone was my Arsenal choice.

I think either one would take City onto the next level. I just know Guardiola will take City to at least the last 8 of the Champions League. Probably the last 4.

Great debate going on for a Sunday night guys Lol I agree with what both of you have said but I think I'd still have Guardiola or Klopp over Simeone in that category, Why? Well Simeone could get a harsh time off the press for that incident and his English will not be as fluent and therefore we could be stuck with a Pellegrini type character when it comes to the mind games (Which will be heavily needed when going up against Mourinho). Klopp would give us a real personality on and off the field, Guardiola on the other hand would give us a tactical genius and it would give Sky Sports and the Premier League the perfect managerial battle, Guardiola v Mourinho, Ideally they would have loved it had Guardiola been with United but him being in the Premier League would be enough, Guardiola and Klopp would take us onto the next level in my opinion, However Simeone wouldn't be looked down upon by me.

Guardiola, Simeone and Klopp, Wow, I remember the days we had Alan Ball in charge Lol

Yeah I think Simeone is the shot Arsenal need as he will take them from boys to men.

Guardiola/Klopp would get the best out of City from a tactical standpoint. I believe the language issue will also be a stick to beat Simeone with. At Arsenal he would get a lot more time.

I can't see Guardiola being the next City manager though. The timing just won't be right.

You can always point to that debacle at Da Bridge (CFC 6-0 Woolwich Wanderers). If that doesn't shut them up, then you can use this image

My gooner friends have slither out of sight & my manure friends are happy that they can tie CFC these days. I remember 10 years ago it was a very different story & I had to shut my mouth. Not now

Man there is some serious f**king mutiny on the Arsenal boards.

Literally never seen them this angry. If this discontent spills onto the pitch then Wenger is a goner.

Apparently there were some scuffles amongst the Arsenal support today. From what I've heard there's a pretty sharp divide these days between those who still believe in Wenger and those who've justifiably given up on him.

This is no lie either, my cousin who is an Arsenal fan travelled to Wales today for the game and ended up in a fight in the away end after 2-1.

He phoned me after the match and after he had a few cuts (didn't say how they were caused) sorted out by the paramedics.

wenger should have gone 3 years ago. that's why arsenal fans are  fighting each still, it kicked off last year at brighton as well, they are now well split. arsenal fan tv here i come! well done arsene you've ruined the club.

So funny watching these idiots...they were the same ones giving it large about Jose's specialist in failure comment a few months ago cos they'd scraped an fa cup win against hull...

So, what are the odds on United finishing off Arsenal after the International Break?

Reckon they'll twat Arsenal with Van Persie getting a brace.

Guardiola, Simeone and Klopp, Wow, I remember the days we had Alan Ball in charge Lol

Well... There is that.

Being serious for a second, if I were a City fan, I'd want Klopp over Pep or Simeone. Simeone is going to take a bit of time to get a foothold, but would be a fantastic manager in the long run. I'm not sure that your ownership has that patience. Everyone knows about Pep and what he can do and would be a fine manager. Klopp has been able to maximise his Dortmund squad (minus this season so far in the Bundesliga) for the past couple of years and I believe that is something City needs. I think he would excel at being to do the necessary changes all while having that energy to get/keep your lads motivated. Personality? Absolutely. That's the bonus!

HOWEVER...

I hope it does not happen because I would prefer him to take over for Loew whenever he steps down.

I don't think the Arsenal board will sack Wenger even if fans have a SackPardew.com style thing going on, I'm totally convinced that they are happy with the sheer consistency of CL money they get every year.

There's a good point raised in some of the AFTV videos as well, even if Wenger were to 'retire' he would move up to be in a Chairman/Executive role and have influence on the club anyway.

Personally I think he would only get sacked if he misses out on top 4 and if there's significant protesting against him.

Everyone is falling apart around us and I'm loving it!!

The three sides that are in impressive form at the moment are ourselves, Southampton and Newcastle. Everyone is struggling for consistency and it's just brilliant.

Arsenal will never progress with Wenger in charge of their side. Manchester City is going through the motions and lacking the hunger to go for back-to-back titles and Liverpool have proven to be one season wonders as most people thought they would. Manchester United is still in the rebuilding mode and need time to come back up.

This is our season if we don't get complacent and lose our concentration with the task in hand. We have all the makings of winning a title now and I believe we will deliver it!

I would love to see Southampton make the top four as well.

By the way Arsenal Fan TV provides a bundle of laughs. I've showed my missus the videos and she can't stop laughing her head off :laugh2:
