on what i've seen of Barca in these games against City, they would walk the Premier League

Barcelona are immense, Messi just out of this world! I genuinely take great pride in our team that we have dealt with them well in the past, especially Messi.

 

Yep. Messi's tally of zero goals against us makes me feel proud too!

sh*t, half-time already. Dortmund look like a shadow of their former selves, no composure whatsoever in defence or attack and don't look even close to being able to penetrate Juventus' midfield, let alone defence. Juve look very comfortable with their lead, and always look like they know exactly what to do, whether it be on or off the ball, they seem well-coached.

 

Decent game so far though, looking forward to the second half, but Dortmund really need a sharp improvement if they are going to get the two goals they need to take the game to extra time.

Suffice to say that's all UK teams out of the CL in the first round of the knockouts.

Suarez and Neymar are good players but they look sub-standard next to Messi.

 

That's as good a 45 minutes from an individual as I've ever seen.

Messi is the greatest footballer I have ever witnessed, no one can touch that man.

I prefer watching this Barcelona than the team of a few years ago where Xavi was the main man in midfield. That team used to bore me after a while but this team is much more direct. Messi is a footballing genius, no one close at the moment.

Barca would win PL every season by 15 points minimum. Messi is out of this world, no one is near him.

I've just seen Tevez's goal, great strike from distance.  I can remember when Chelsea used to shoot from distance, we used to score some screamers.

This Barca is probably the most dangerous in my opinion. They just Attack and attack without giving you time to set up and Messi is on a class of his own. It's tough to say as a Bayern fan but he is the best....

Last summer I thought is it done, is the best gone but that is by far the best half of football I have seen from an individual in my adult life.. And it looks so easy

Phwoar, Dortmund start the second half intensely and almost look like they know what they are doing, before the ball is cleared to Tevez, who weaves through three Dortmund midfielders and plays Morata through on goal. Morata attempts a chip, but Weidenfeller saves well and puts it out for a corner.

 

Now it's Dortmund's turn to break from the corner, but Mkhitaryan is tackled and Buffon collects. Intense start to the second half!
