Hmm... As Arq said on Twitter, he'll blame it on the Champions League. Perhaps something along the lines of it being fixed that their first game after a midweek game is away in London. Don't let the fact they played at home and probably have been in the same situation before (Carling Cup) get in the way of a good reason though. Or perhaps they were denied a penalty? Or just the audacity of West Ham not playing a midweek game will be the excuse... Or perhaps Hodgson for purposely injuring Sturridge? Or Branna, for driving poor, innocent, little Saurez out of England.

 

The list is endless and if anyone can find someone/something to blame - it's Liverpool Football Club.

Has Brendan got the balls to drop Stevie G - he's past it and that whole set up at the back is a shambles. Their defence was poor last season. So far this season it looks even worse. Shouldn't have got rid of Agger in my opinion

They didn't feel the need to upgrade on a leaky defense. Last season they were scoring goals in bunches. This season not so much. Then add the extra competition of UCL. lpuke will be lucky to finish in the Top 4 this season.
