Well during the seasons we don't win the PL, I hope we get into a group with CSKA, Zenit, Benfica, Porto or Shakhtar. 

 

Imagine the possibilities of this, there could potentially be a group of Real Madrid, Chelsea, Dortmund and Roma next season.

Hopefully, we'll still be in pot 1 next year!  

At least this adds new meaning to "Champions" League.

I don't like it. More chance for very weak groups and even weak paths to finals.

 

Doubt it'll change much in the end anyway because that would need very favourable draws to happen.

 

Just put me down in the slightly not that excited for it camp.

It hasn't actually been agreed yet - it's been put forward as a recommendation but needs to be ratified.  And no, not Scotland - champions of England, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Russia and France plus holders will be in pot 1.

No. This year it would have been holders plus champs of Spain, England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Russia and France.
