It was mentioned at the end of the game I think by Blue Daze that why was Mikel chosen to come on for the final few minutes rather than Ake and it got me thinking...

When (not If anymore) we lift the title do we think guys like Ake are going to get starts or would Jose go with Mikel as a send off kind of sentiment (if he's leaving)?

I can see us resting Hazard and Cesc with the likes of Ramires and Cuadrado coming in while Zouma and Luis are the obvious choice at the back.

Do we think RLC, Ake etc will get good game time?

I think hazard will start all the dead rubbers.

Will have to watch bolasie and Zaha down our right, especially if Brana is upfield when we lose possession. I think they are both quicker than him, so would bet on a yellow card for him. I'm sure a top manager like "ours" will have thought about this already.

I live in Chicago bud. But I work Sunday mornings so I don't get to watch many matches.

I was in Chicago on business for the Champions League final, watched the game in an Irish bar near the river in the city centre. Ended up on a bar stool next to another fella from Fulham, we got absolutely spanked on shots bought for us by yanks who said it was more entertaining watching us throughout than the soccer match.

Great afternoon followed by a bar crawl to too many places to remember

absolutely fantastic memory!

Hi mates, I am a Chelsea fan from Michigan, U.S. I want to find a bar that I can watch and celebrate the weekend game with chelsea fans, but saddly no website or forum to summon the local Chelsea fans.

What a pity to cheer the champion by myself.  : (

Did you check out the CIA website? On the top of the page, there is a link to where you can find a pub to watch the match w/ like minded fans.

Would be nice to have one of the strikers back for this game, just don't think Drogba will last another 90 after 3 days. I think we will start with Oscar as striker, the rest will pick themselves. With that much at stake, we will win this game. They will give us a good game, but we are talking about a team chasing the title and a team that hasn't got much to play for ( apart from ladder position and pride).

A bit of team news and Loic Remy is fit but Diego Costa is out, although he hasn't suffered an injury setback. "It isn't worth the risk," Jose says. "There is a chance he might not" play before the end of the season, he adds.

Asked what he'll be doing on Sunday if Chelsea wrap up the Premier League title the Portuguese says: "I will go home. As you can imagine we have nothing prepared. So normally I finish the game and I go home."

He's not been in a great mood this afternoon, Jose. Especially for a manager set to pick up his umpteenth major title.

Jose's got his game face on.

He's still all business, he's sending a message that there is still a job to do and that it's not over yet.

Players need to be switched on for this one.

During his pre match press conference, Alan Pardew has really stuck his neck out by tipping us for the title.

Pardew on Chelsea: "They have lost two games this season - one to Spurs, one to Newcastle. That's an outstanding record. I think Chelsea, in terms of quality and the team they have, the manager they have, will win the league."
