Joleon Lescott with an absolute classic (which he's now deleted)

f**king idiot.

Was he dead serious or tongue in cheek? I've read similar quotes by Ronaldo that come across differently in writing than in voice. Maybe this was a case of poorly conveyed tone.

If he was dead serious, then f**k off you conceited superficial spoiled brat.

I actually think that moment isn't too far away. Loads of people I know can't be bothered to go to games anymore, or even be bothered to watch the game on TV.

The clubs won't care, they can put the prices up for the tourists.

He was getting a load of abuse after he posted a pic of an expensive car shortly after Villa got dicked by Liverpool.

My favourite bit is the 'we all gave 100%'. Did you bollocks.

If they do win it you are quite right that Roman's isolated moment of human compassion will be the biggest single factor.

That's the thing, part of me is rooting for Arsenal because I'm rooting for Cech. I have never warmed to Courtois and wish we hadn't given in to his demands to bench Cech. Courtois was amazing last season, but I'm not convinced Cech wouldn't have been just as good, and this season Cech has played better.

I really don't think we would have had this bad a season if Cech were in goal, not so much because of his excellent football skills but because of his leadership.

the whole chelsea team could go over to arsenal and they would still be the last team that i ever wanted to win it

And even if they had that sentiment, the Chelsea fans would still applaud their former players pre-game and not harbor ill feelings after the game. (During the game it's a fierce competition of course, and I'm sure no player would want differently.)

Chelsea fans put the others teams' fans to shame in that regard. They can separate the individual from the team. Sounds like common sense and a very basic part of human decency, yet it is surprisingly absent among fans of other teams, of which Arsenal is among the worst. If the Cech situation were reversed, I'd expect him to get booed by Arsenal fans without even the slightest acknowledgement of all he did before.

Sometimes I wish that Chelsea fans were more supportive and positive and less critical about their own current players in difficult times. The same can be said of every team's fans. The same cannot be said of other teams in regard to former players.

Arsenal won Liverpool won if Spurs win I'm gonna kick the cat right up the Arse.

Looks like its not going to be a good night for the cat.

Title isn't arsenal's yet. I feel like its all goingto lead to another hilarious after game arsenal youtube video in sometime. I wouldn't want city to go out of the race or it would make that much easier for arsenal, though it would be funny if they screw up and end up outside the top 4 before pep comes.

Hope Leicester can bounce back after this. A loss was going to come sooner or later for them and they have to learn to deal with it if they want any chance at the title.

this is very true, chelsea fans are class when it comes to ex players, from them leaving to them returning, and as you point out arsenal fans are the worst, like little kids in the play ground, embarrassingly pathetic

Giroud pulling Huth back by the shirt to stop him getting to the ball for the Welbeck goal, considering the 2nd yellow for Simpson , I think Leicester were hard done by.

f**king idiot.

The only reason he has the model wife is because of his big house, cars and money. Which his wife probably has to count by the way, thick c**t.

I would rather Tottenham win the league than Arsenal.

I feel so dirty.

Only one option about that is worse than Arsenal winning it, but they are not in the race this year so again it remains anyone but Arsenal for me.

And look at that the next post you picked the only more unbearable option:

It's the fans, Arsenal's are the worst.

Well, after Liverpool. Just.

Considering how awful United was, we really let them off the hook not trying harder the week before.

Leister was unlucky, a point there would really given them the belief they could win this.

We all knew that they would have matches where they wouldn't get decisions going their way - this was one of those matches

Spurs actually got the most complete first 11 in my opinion. Their downside is the Europa league, you could rest players all you want, but even the travel will tire players out. I think they will take Europa seriously, which results in tired legs on Sunday. I'm not ruling City either, now one in the top 4 will go undefeated in the next 11 games, lots could happen.

According to some of the papers (rumours!) JM could be in charge of ManU before their next game (Arsenal).

After the loss to Sunderland, they are saying the ManU board has definitely lost faith and think they have nothing

to gain from staying with LVG for rest of season. So could JM be managing ManU next weekend ?

Can't see that TBH. Mourinho wouldn't want to run the risk of losing his first game in charge at Man Utd to the man he despises more than anyone.

I think this will spur Leicester on. They were so unlucky. It took them being down to 10 men and a couple of mistakes for Arsenal to win.

If Arsenal had won 3-0 then I would see Leicester lose confidence and drop several points.

Leicester have got quite an easy run in now and they are still 2 points clear on top.

Obviously I'd like to see Leicester do it, although one rather annoying Leicester fan on the radio the other night said it would be great to lift the league at Stamford Bridge because of past History. I assume he was referring to us sacking Ranieri, but he completely missed the point about our fans, who I think, would be delighted to cheer on the Tinkerman in his moment of glory. I don't know anyone who isn't chuffed for our ex-manager.

I think I'd hate it if they came to us needing to win, and we kept them from first place, to the advantage of Arsenal...Shudder !

Failing that Man City or Spurs to win it (although part of me would find it funny if Man City somehow slipped out of the top four, leaving Guardiola with no CL next season, but that's not going to happen)

Whatever happens unless they have a complete meltdown, the Foxes will be playing in the CL next season, lets hope Claudio doesn't repeat his inexplicably bad management performance when we played Monaco.
