Unholy Confessions

Really hate the fact that we have no proper singing pub.

Don't like the fact we will be knocking the bridge and building it again but realise why.

Wish Jose would shut up sometimes

Hate the fact youth don't get a chance

Think white hart lane is a lovely stadium

1) I don't watch a load of other football games any more (but I gave it up to be with my daughter more, so I don't care)

2) I admire people that have encyclopedic type knowledge about games and past players.  I can barely remember the squad of two seasons ago

3) I don't buy into Jose's "I want to stay here for a long time and build a legacy," speeches.  I have seen nothing in his past that suggests he'll stay longer than maybe 3 seasons, 4 max.

4) I also don't buy into his speeches about if he doesn't bring through a youth team player, he's a failure.  Again, I've seen nothing to suggest this, and his comments about 24 being the correct age...I don't know he'll be here to have brought through anyone at that age (whether direct from our academy, or a returning loanee)

I'm sure there's more somewhere

I like Tim Sherwood.

I wish Abramovich didn't make his money and act the way he did.

I don't dislike Wenger, Rodgers, Rooney and plenty of others who seem to be almost universally disliked.

I didn't really like Carlo so I can see why some might not be crazy over the manager but at the same time respect what they have achieved and are happy they are here.

I must confess, I felt the same about Carlo. I felt him a little 'dull' and uncharismatic. But compared to Jose, so are most...

There may be more competition, my wife thinks I've got a "man crush" !

I am fairly confident that given a choice between you or me he would choose me!  Not so sure about BeerQueen though - think she might pip me to the post!

I liked Hiddink too, his style of attacking football was good, unlike Jose which sometimes bores me to tearsespecially from January onwards

Hiddink seemed to have a great way about him when he was with us. I will never forget how expertly he

handled one of the many sagas of Ashley Cole. A drink driving incidence or something. He was really firm

but fair with Cole.

1) When I'm at Leicester games I get genuinely jealous of the fact that I can no longer properly participate in 'our team is sh*t' banter because we're one of the best sides in the league.

2) I never particularly rated or liked Kevin de Bruyne and really hope he signs for City for stupid money and fails miserably so I can start calling him the 'new Jonathan Blondel'.

3) I always thought that Nicolas Anelka had found his spiritual home when he came to Chelsea.

4) I have no particular dislike for Fulham and when they had that excellent side featuring Malbranque, Radzinski, McBride, Volz, Niemi (etc.) I actually had a soft spot for them.

5) I would be a little bit upset if Tottenham got relegated because I enjoy hating them and the rivalry so much. The same can't be said for Liverpool, at whom I would laugh more or less until I fainted if they disappeared forever.

6) Around 2001 or 2002 I thought David Dunn would become one of the league's best midfielders.

7) I really, really, really enjoy pissing off tall buildings when drunk, to the point that I'm willing to risk my life to do it. Just last weekend I pissed off the protective ledge of a 12-storey car park while barely able to stand just for the craic.

8) Rush are the greatest band of all time.

I wish we could have two managers working side by side, JM as our defensive manager and Ancelotti as out attacking manager.

Ive noticed a huge difference in atmosphere at the Bridge from pre-Roman to now and I must confess, that if I went to my first ever game now I doubt that I would of been as enthralled with the sport despite having a better team and chances to win trophies.  I just dont think that hair rising atmosphere is there anymore, when Ive been. My first live game captivated me more by what happened in the stands and streets than what happened on the pitch.

I like wearing some football tops (Chelsea) as a casual Tshirt and not always just for sports.

Edit:  I thought Kalou would come good at some point..... Zhirkov too.

1.When Anelka played for us I kept finding myself subconsciously humming Hot Chocolate songs.

2.I still can't remember all the words to 'Blue is The Colour' even though it's been my mobile ringtone for years.

3.At the age of 47 I can honestly say at least 50% of all the games I have ever seen have been forgettable tosh.

4.Womens football bores me to tears.

Atletico sell Mandzukic to Juve for £13.6m... we sign Falcao instead (while Diego Costa is crocked and Remy can't play as a target man).... with Mandzukic/Diego/Bamford i'd be optimistic about our chances this season but I think we'll struggle to make top 4.

I think we'll struggle to make top 4.

You know our current players won the title with like 4 games in hand?

Struggle for top 4, how do you get out of bed in the morning with such a negative outlook.

I also have a "lucky" son who I've been taking to the Bridge since he was 9, and in 60 games he's never seen them lose!

And you don't take him every game, every seasons because.......? We should start a fund for the lad's

season ticket!

Another pair:

1) Despite being part of it, I despise the whole Twitter/Fifa/Football Manager generation of fans.

2) Social media has ruined the transfer window. With every little movement being so scrutinised there's no excitement anymore and only disappointment when  Bale/Pogba/Greizemann??/Varane/whoever fails to turn up. I remember falling out of my chair pretty much when we seemingly nabbed Torres from out of nowhere.

Did you also fall out your chair when he scored against Barca?

I should have said I fell out with excitement, when he scored against Barca I dislocated 2 of my fingers punching the ground in celebration.
